我的理解是每两股获得一张认购证（rights）来换取一张warrant *N2（exercise price 为０。３７，２０１３年到期*N1）这一张认购证是０。０２，意思说如果有１０００单位认购证（rights）x０。０２＝rm ２０。００。也是说一张warrant的开始成本是０。０２。
另外你可以在０２。０１。２００８ 到 ０９。０１。２００８这个期间交易这认购证（rights）*N3，假如选择给rm２０。００认购这rights，你才将会获得１０００单位warrant。（３１。１。２００８才上市）*N4

纯粹假设＝ Hovid 今天股价 ０。４２０，warrant exercise price 为０。３７，认购证（rights）为０。０２，０。０２＋０。３７＝０。３９，０。４２０－０。３９＝０。０３，这rights还有０。０３的可能上涨空间。。

PS，其实我也不是很确定我的理解，希望有经验和这方面知识的朋友提出正确的解释。。谢谢。。

我想问一下。。。
因为小弟是用maybank网络交易做股票的，没有用到中介人。
所以如果我想买那些凭单我要如何去买呢？
几时才可以买丫？？

你是有权利获得５０００rights，不过我是不懂得那一些网络交易程序，因为我还是很老土的使用dealers交易。。
