我的理解是你可以用：
1. 1股ICULS-B，加上RM0.90的现金，以转换一股IDAMAN；或者
2. 2股ICULS-B，加上RM0.80的现金，以转换一股IDAMAN；或者
3. 3股ICULS-B，加上RM0.70的现金，以转换一股IDAMAN；或者
4. 4股ICULS-B，加上RM0.60的现金，以转换一股IDAMAN；或者
5. 5股ICULS-B，加上RM0.50的现金，以转换一股IDAMAN；或者
6. 6股ICULS-B，加上RM0.40的现金，以转换一股IDAMAN；或者
7. 7股ICULS-B，加上RM0.30的现金，以转换一股IDAMAN；或者
8. 8股ICULS-B，加上RM0.20的现金，以转换一股IDAMAN；或者
9. 9股ICULS-B，加上RM0.10的现金，以转换一股IDAMAN。

总之nominal value必须是RM1。

IDAMAN母股闭市价RM0.405;
IDAMAN-LB闭市价RM0.15, 这价钱极度被高估了!

建议你们不要买IDAMAN-LB。
有机会或者可以卖空IDAMAN-LB。

建议你去BURSA的网站去查询资料。
可惜不能随意卖空股票，if not 这可能是赚大钱的好机会。

现在 (16/5/07 2:56pm)：
IDAMAN母股市价RM0.35;
IDAMAN-LB闭市价RM0.11。

IDAMAN-LB的价钱依然被高估， 散户果然是无知的。

是的，insiderinfo 前辈去了idaman 发源之地－－kampung idaman，也是已故dato zakaria 住的地方闭关，吸取日夜精华。一旦功力圆满，自会狂推idaman。

IDAMAN 是一间PN１７公司IDAMAN 拥有保险公司和SABAH州的伐木权。
馬來西亞的政府是不喜歡外國買進本地的主要相關公司，大家還記的早期的班底醫院這隻股票嗎?

早期也是新加坡掌控，但是大馬政治為了不讓新加坡有控制權，就以高價收購，因為當是班底醫院的股份已經是新加坡人的，所以沒有法，只要以高價買回。

所以現在的idaman只好認命被接管。

Idaman wishes to announce that the Company has received a Notice of Suspension from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) dated 1 June 2009, informing that the trading in the securities of Idaman will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 5 June 2009 pursuant to paragraphs 8.14C(4) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“LR”) until further notice.

The Notice of Suspension was given because the Company has failed to submit its regularisation plan to the Securities Commission and other relevant authorities for approval within the timeframe stipulated by Bursa Securities pursuant to paragraph 8.14C of LR and paragraph 4.0 of Practice Note No.17/2005 i.e. on or before 29 May 2009 and no further extension of time has been granted by Bursa Securities.
               

Announcement Details :


In view of the above, Idaman wishes to further announce:-

   1.
      that the Company has been accorded 5 market days by Bursa Securities to make written representations to Bursa Securities, supported by documentary evidence (if any), as to why its securities should not be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities;
   2.
       that in the event Bursa Securities decides to de-list the Company, the securities of the Company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of 7 market days from the date of notification of the decision to de-list the Company or upon such other date as may be specified by Bursa Securities unless an appeal is made within the prescribed timeframe; and
   3.
      that in the event Bursa Securities decides not to de-list the Company, other appropriate action/penalty(ies) may be imposed pursuant to paragraph 16.17 of the LR.

idaman 現在可以做的就是找一位有資金的人，讓它成為idaman的大股東，這樣一來，idaman就可以保留它的保险公司，因為idaman的資金不足，國家銀行以資金不足為理由，強吃下idaman的保险公司。

idaman要賣保险公司，不過被證券所止住，以資金不足，所以idaman就算找到買家也無法通過出售保险公司，所以買的人自已保重了。
