这样低的发行价RM0.10 而且这样少票(每八股配一股)。。。分明是要拿来炒的。
转换价不懂会是多少? 如果少过RM3.00..买买买!

为什么很多人爱把GAMUDA和一般巫统烂鬼建筑公司相提并论呢?
看一看GAMUDA的厉史。。。跟巫统烂鬼建筑公司一样吗?

1976

Gamuda was incorporated on 6 October 1976.



1992
Gamuda was listed on the main board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on 10 August 1992.



1993
In 1993 Gamuda, a partner in the consortium company KESAS Sdn Bhd, signed a concession agreement to undertake the construction, operation, maintenance and management of the Shah Alam Expressway for 28 years and nine months.



1994 In 1994, Gamuda acquired its first land bank with the purchase of Ladang Bukit Kemuning in Shah Alam, Selangor. This marked Gamuda's entry into property development with its maiden township – Kota Kemuning.



1996

In 1996 Gamuda signed a second concession agreement with the Federal Government via Lingkaran Trans Kota Holdings Berhad (LITRAK) for the privatisation of the Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP) Highway.



1997
In 1997 Gamuda followed the LDP Highway concession with a concession agreement through SPRINT for the improvement, upgrading, design, construction, maintenance, operation and management of the SPRINT Highway.



2000

In 2000, one of Gamuda's associate companies, SPLASH (Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sendirian Berhad), signed a concession agreement with the Selangor State Government for the Sungai Selangor Phase 3 Water Project (SSP3).

In 2000, Gamuda was voted Best Asian Construction Company by Euromoney magazine.

In October 2000, Gamuda developed Bandar Botanic in Klang. The second property development for Gamuda, Bandar Botanic is a 1,240 acre mix development self-contained township designed with parkland-waterfront concept.

In December 2000, Gamuda bought 280 acres of land in Sungai Buloh (Northwest of Kuala Lumpur) for Valencia. This township is Malaysia’s first boutique development with a residents-only 9-hole golf course

  

2001 In November 2001 Gamuda signed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to undertake the Panagarh-Palsit Highway projects in West Bengal, India.



2002 In March 2002 Gamuda signed a second concession agreement with NHAI for the Durgapur Highway, also in West Bengal.

In July 2002 Gamuda signed a joint venture agreement with MMC Engineering to jointly undertake the construction of SMART - an integrated bypass tunnel-cum-motorway in Kuala Lumpur City.

In October 2002 Gamuda signed a joint agreement with New Asia Construction & Development Corporation of Taiwan and the Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corporation to undertake the Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit Project in Taiwan.




2003 Gamuda signed a Shareholders' Agreement with Malaysia Mining Corporation Berhad (MMC) to regulate their rights and liabilities inter se as shareholders of the company which will undertake, carry out and implement the RM14.448 billion Electrified Double-Tracking Project between Ipoh-Padang Besar and Seremban-Johor Bahru (2T Project) pursuant to the Letter of Award dated 21 October 2003 issued by the Government of Malaysia.

Gamuda signed an EPC Joint Venture Agreement with MMC to form an unincorporated joint venture for the purpose of undertaking and implementing the Stormwater Management And Road Tunnel (SMART) Project as an EPC Contractor.

On the same day, Gamuda signed a Deed of Revocation with MMC Engineering Group Berhad, a subsidiary of MMC, in relation to the Joint Venture Agreement dated 26 July 2002.



2004 MMC-Gamuda Joint Venture received a letter from the Government of Malaysia informing the joint venture that the Government had decided to postpone the implementation of the 2T Project to a date to be notified.

Gamuda secured the Nam Theun 1 Hydroelectric Power Project in Lao People’s Democratic Republic (PDR) to supply 400MW of electricity to Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT). The Project has a development cost of approximately RM1.5 billion.

Syarikat Mengurus Air Banjir & Terowong Sdn Bhd (SMART Sdn Bhd), a 50% associate company of Gamuda, signed the Construction cum Concession Agreement with the Government of Malaysia for the implementation of the SMART Project. The SMART Project has a total construction cost of RM1.933 billion. It involves:

the design, construction and commissioning of the stormwater channel
the design, construction and commissioning of a double-deck motorway (Motorway); and
a 40-year concession for SMART Sdn Bhd to operate and collect toll on the Motorway.


2005 Gamuda wins contract for New Doha International Airport in Qatar to design and build two runways of 4.85km and 4.25km, three parallel taxiways, aircraft parking aprons, drainage works and airfield ground lighting facilities equipped with four substations.

Gamuda through our Gamuda-WCT joint venture was awarded the construction of the Dukhan Highway in Qatar by the Public Works Authorities of the State of Qatar. The project involves the construction of approximately 43km of new highway from the town of Shahaniya to the existing Zekreet interchange near the Dukhan industrial area. A four-lane dual carriageway with grade-separated interchanges will be constructed to replace the existing two-lane single carriageway. Included in the project are the construction of bridges and ancillary works.

In June 2005, Gamuda entered into a joint venture with UEM Land to develop Horizon Hills, a mixed residential development complete with a 18-hole golf course in Bandar Nusajaya, Johor. Covering 1,200 acres, this project is the first property venture out of the Klang Valley for Gamuda. Horizon Hills is the first gated freehold community township with a designer golf course and country club in Johor.



2006 In July, Gamuda was awarded the Sitra Causeway Project in Bahrain. The project is the third in the Gulf States and will involve the building of two marine bridges and associated embankment works together with flyovers at both ends of the Sitra Causeway and Nabih Saleh Island.

In July 2006, Gamuda acquired 366 acres of freehold land for its fourth township development – Jade Hills. This township is an innovative gated and guarded development with an oriental theme set amidst hills and lakes.

In December, Gamuda signed a tariff agreement with Thailand’s EGAT for Nam Theun 1 Hydropower Project. The Group which is the lead project sponsor of the US$700 million hydropower project in Laos, inked the agreement with Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) on the future purchase of hydroelectric power. Gamuda is the sole EPC contractor for the project.



2007 In 2007, Gamuda attained a 2-acre site at Jalan Madge that is in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city and adjacent to the prestigious embassy row. Madge Mansions is an exclusive 52 freehold units set in a high-end luxurious condominium.

In August 2007, Gamuda won the approval to develop the 800-acre Yen So Park in Hanoi, Vietnam. The project entails developing Vietnam’s largest modern sewage treatment plant, a world-class urban park, an integrated township and a premier business district.
This RM8 billion project is Gamuda first property foray into the international market. Yen So Park is a testament of Gamuda group’s finest township development and infrastructure expertise in a single project.



2008 January 8, MMC-Gamuda Joint Venture receives possession of the site and begins work on the Electrified Double Track Project, Ipoh to Padang Besar. The RM12.485 billion project involves the realignment and construction of electrified double rail tracks that span 329km across four northern states of Perak, Penang, Kedah, and Perlis in Peninsula Malaysia.

In July, Gamuda officially began construction of the US$233 million modern sewerage plant in Vietnam for the Yen So Park project. The project will transform Yen So Park into a clean and modern park consisting of mixed development of recreational, educational, cultural, and commercial area, with an integrated commercial centre that includes hotels, shopping complexes, office buildings, retail and convention facilities.

越南产业销售佳 金务大盈利有望增加

(吉隆坡17日讯)马银投资银行在一份投资报告中,维持“买入”金务大(GAMUDA,5398,建筑组)的建议,并将目标价订在3.80令吉,这较现有股价有38.18%的上升空间。

马银投资银行相信金务大现时持有两项主要合约,特别是巴生谷轻快铁延长路段以及彭亨雪兰莪输水计划,仍然是重新评估评级的催化剂。
在非正式推介越南殷楚园产业单位时,未发单销售成绩良好亦有助刺激股价上涨。至于雪兰莪水供服务与旗下4条收费大道暂时则没有任何发展。
金务大的2010年第2财季业绩将在本月杪公布,预料将会符合该投银预测的2亿8200万令吉净利。
马银投银认为大部分投资者看淡越南经济,主要是当地宏观经济基础较差。最近,该投银的分析员到访越南,发觉当地的投资情绪尤其是产业方面显然较为乐观。

越南产业前景乐观

该行相信较高的利率并不会压抑需求,因为超过80%的住宅物业是不需要银行贷款来购买。而越南盾倾向贬值,不过产业价格是与美元挂钩。因此,该行仍然对殷楚园的销售持正面态度。
金务大现正筹备在6月正式推介殷楚园产业单位。首阶段住宅计划包括1200个公寓大厦单位,以及1000个有地物业,当中有300个单位将在今年内推介,而每平方米售价1000美元(总发展价值大约1亿令吉)。在发展商业产业方面,管理层经已预先洽谈引入有良好声誉的合作伙伴。与此同时,污水处理厂的建造工程经已完成30%。
马银投银预测殷楚园产业发展所贡献的盈利,占金务大11财政年全年毛利的3%(10财政年没有任何贡献,12财政年8%)。长期上,越南有可能成为金务大的重要盈利来源,因为从该处赚取的盈利将会渐渐上升。整个殷楚园的总发展价值料可达致120亿美元。
该行对殷楚园非常乐观,主要是河内的产业市场没有胡志明市那么竞争激烈。但是,仍有隐忧的是越南的财政赤字与贸易赤字会对越南盾造成冲击,而在当地增加投资一事上投资者有可能持中立态度。

SPLASH offers RM10.75b for Selangor water services industry

KUALA LUMPUR: Gamuda Bhd's associate company, Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (SPLASH), on Wednesday made a RM10,750 million offer to the Federal Government (FG) and the Selangor State Government (SSG) to take over the water services industry in Selangor.

In an announcement on Bursa Malaysia, Gamuda said: "SPLASH has informed the Governments that it is compelled to make the offer to bring closure to the more than three years impasse faced by the water services industry in the Selangor State as a result of the divergent approaches of the SSG and the FG and the falling-out between SSG and the water distributor, Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (SYABAS).

"The ensuing breaches in payments that had triggered cross-defaults across the industry with writs filed in courts by numerous parties has resulted in a messy situation that has now become critical because the cash flows of the water operators are being impaired to an extent that is adversely affecting their operations".

It said the offer are for water assets of SPLASH (RM3.725 billion including RM750 million compensation to SPLASH's operations and maintainance operators), Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd (RM1.936 billion), SYABAS (RM4.143 billion), Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd Group (RM6.079 billion) and Kumpulan Abass Sdn Bhd (RM946 million).

Gamuda said SPLASH shall also undertake that the consumer tariffs will remain at the current level, with only a two to three per cent annual increase (or nine per cent every three years) which is below the inflation rate.

"There is no need for a scheduled increase of 37 per cent (SYABAS tariff). SPLASH's proposed tariff will be 35 per cent less than SYABAS tariff," it said.

Gamuda said upon the takeovers, SPLASH will be solely in charge of the operations and maintainance operations of all the plants, including the operations of the water distributors.

This is in line with the "top-to-toe" single entity structure originally envisaged, it said.

Gamuda said SPLASH shall require a concession period of 30 years commencing year 2010 to enable the repayment of its loans and recovery of its investment.

These shall be funded via an increase in its paid-up capital and by bank borrowings, it said.

On the expected benefits of SPLASH's Offer, Gmauda said, as has been its proven track record over the last 10 years in the water industry, SPLASH will use professional management and transparent decision making processes in running the key public utility.

For the people, the low consumer tariffs will enable a quality of living that is sustainable in the long term, it said.

It said FG will be relieved of the financial burden to pay RM10 billion up front to the owners of the water assets, and it also enable SSG to resolve its current dispute with SYABAS and break the logjam of attendant issues.

They will also achieve the aspirations of greater professionalism and transparency in the water industry, said Gamuda.

It said the existing water players will enjoy a higher pay-out which will also mean an end to the legal disputes.



Gamuda said SPLASH is prepared to commit to a non-revenue water (NRW) reduction from 29 per cent this year to 15 per cent in 2016.

It said adequate provisions have been made for future capital and operational expenditures for the entire system and these includes provisions for the development of the distribution network, asset replacement and refurbishment, asset upgrade, NRW reduction works etc.

As for the future capital expenditure for new water like the Inter-State Transfer Project, the financing will be by Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad and SPLASH will be charged lease rentals, it said. - BERNAMA

    金務大(GAMUDA,5398,主板建筑組)即將於25日公佈第二季業績,黃氏唯高達研究基於建築業賺益逐步改善,和更高的產業應受賬項,預料其淨利按季成長5%至10%。

分析員說,2010年第二季產業盈利料受約7億令吉的未進賬收入驅動,展現無比活力。

“全年來看,2010財政年首季賺益4%,預期未來8季會持續有改善,2011年則會穩在10%至11%之間。”預測2010年淨利2億7800萬令吉。

根據所知,2010年首半年產業銷售已達4億9000萬令吉,全年銷售料高達8億令吉,2009財政年全年才5億令吉,原先定下的2010全年目標為6億令吉。

分析員看好其進軍越南能分散國家與領域風險,在越南總共有160億令吉發展值海外方面,包括最近收購的Tan Thang公司業務約佔12%,若殷楚園售予外國著名買家實現,當可激勵其業務。

分析員說,建築業短期內要獲取新工程具挑戰性,主要是龐大計劃遲遲不出爐,這是目前的焦點。二項龐大計劃中,金務大競標廉航工程跑道、吉堯水壩和冷岳二跨州輸水計劃和輕快鐵擴展工程;尤以後者的擴展時機,最具不確定性。

然而,金務大擁有已施工的57億令吉龐大訂單,足以緩衝上述衝擊41令吉。其中工程來自政府為靠山的雙軌火車,10億令吉來自殷楚園基建。

请问sunday兄,小弟记得就在去年gamuda才脱手旗下SPLASH的水务资产换来20年的维修合约怎么一年不到的时间又来个反收购股权计划,真是把我弄糊涂了


话说雪州政府不是打算整合雪州的水务领域,难道真的是政治因素在作怪?
如此大数目的收购案 希望市场给予的评价是好的
