歷史上唯一 -- Celine & Elvis Presley @ AI , Apr.25
Celine将参加4月25日的American Idol - Idol Gives Back .
16日晚上Celine进行了彩排,身穿一席黑色,演唱猫王的If I can Dream！
Celine will make an appearance on American Idol for their special charity show, 'Idol Gives Back.' Several well known artists are also scheduled to appear, including Gwen Stefani, Pink and Annie Lennox in an effort to raise awareness for groups that help poverty-striken children in the U.S. and Africa. This event will be part of American Idol's April 24 and April 25 episodes! More details to come!
well, it is 130 AM here in Ohio ... Angela just called from California.
First off ... she said it was amazing. Celine sang a song WITH Elvis called "If I can Dream." Much like her duet with Mr. Sinatra but using an Elvis Impersonator from Vegas for the on-stage person. Sounds complicated ... I agree, but she said they were going to actually use the REAL Elvis's face and voice, which is why she prerecorded the performance.
The Idols do come on stage through the song doing back-up vocals. They were dressed in all white.
Celine wore all black, blazer type top with a shear/mesh type top underneath, ***r down and long ... loose curls/flips here and there.
She said Celine was in perfect voice and sweet as could be, even after performing it 5 or 6 times.
This will air Wednesday the 25th.

Chris :"Change The World" by Eric Clapton.
Melinda: "There Will Come A Day"by Faith Hill
Blake :"Imagine" by John Lennon with piano accompaniment.
LaKisha :"I Believe" by Fantasia.
Phil :"The Change" by Garth Brooks.
Jordin :"You'll Never Walk Alone"
Jordin - Randy told her tonite it was the best vocal by any Idol on any season
Chris R. - All three judges liked him. Paula thought one of his best
Melinda - a rock star as always. they all loved her.
Blake - Randy didnt like. paula impressed with his emotion. Simon liked his emotion too.
Phil - Randy and Paula thought he was great. Simon liked it but told him to continue going for the country style songs
Lakisha - audience loved it but judges slammed her. Simon thinks she shout sings. |
