我还有一张ATC不能寄出, 因为不知道是寄给寒新还是Cindy Ham? Help!!!! |

如果在swapbot swap的话的确会方便很多。。
不过我们的yahoo group也希望有属于自己的swap...
其实一点都不麻烦啦。。
只是assign partner 的时候是manually罢了。。
email都是auto sent的。 |

我打他們的call centre service line 1300 300 300響到斷線都沒有人接聽。我姐說government department的hotline不用打，每次都沒有answer的...
我不甘心，又跑pos malaysia official website sent feedback，豈有此理...竟然sending failure！
最後email customer service centre...總算可以，而且在4天後給我回覆，裡頭有一句是"If it was an ordinary letter without a tracking number, we regret to inform thatwe could not trace the said letter."...狗屁啦，難不成寄一封信或一張ATC也要resgister咩！極度不爽...然後就收到純的ATC，信封竟然被摧殘到那樣的地步...真的是火上加油，再shoot email並attach上照片；還要他們檢討一下他們的服務態度以符合他們所謂"Your Trusted Partner"的slogan...嘻嘻...很壞hor...沒輒，那時候我很氣～因為除了在CARI的ATC，我的Swap-bot partner寄給我的東西也很多沒有收到...
結果，隔天就收到回覆喔，這樣寫著"Dear Sir/Madam,
We refer to your e-mail which we dated on 12 November 2008. On behalf of Pos Malaysia Berhad, we would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
2. For your information, your feedback has been referred and escalated to State Manager, Pos Malaysia Berhad Negeri Sarawak for immediate action and further investigation.
3. We will inform you the outcome of the action to rectify the situation within 3 working days. Please refer to IMS reference number xxxxx (我override了) if you need to contact us on this matter.

我要向大家至以万二分的歉意!
我出发之前叫我老公帮我寄谁知他临时接到order要出坡,所以就搁到今天还没寄....等下我吃完午餐就拿去寄.....
ATC 的我就要等了,因为我不知道是八张,我以为是六张,所以要多做两张才能寄...抱歉.

怕寄失了怕被家人拿了没有告诉我。。。。
