The MP202 Duo has a very approachable design that is functional yet pleasing to the eye as we’ve come to expect from Edifier. It’s smoothly formed angles, rubberized exterior and choice of pastel colours speak to a younger audience as opposed to their more art house computer speakers. And, in typical Edifier fashion, the speakers are very solid in construction with surprising density in the hand. There are no unsightly moulding defects of discolouration and the finish is both tactile and even.

The Edifier MP80 Bluetooth Speaker retails at RM139.90 – the audio quality is sub-par but that’s what you have to sacrifice to have it splash and dust resistant, which is great if you’re the type that is outdoor often and just want some tunes going around you without having cans on your ears.
Edifier entered the gaming segment with their dual driver earbuds. Wire-based earbuds has zero latency over Bluetooth earbuds prefect for seriously level gaming and communications. Despite its size, does feel heavy at all.
If you’re after solid all-round speakers for delivering room-filling music from multiple sources, check them out. And remember, you can turn them into network-capable speakers cheaply simply by adding a Chromecast Audio.
I think this is a great speaker for what it cost. Pretty loud, pretty clean, easy to use and most importantly, a beautiful looking speaker for display.
