你买最底楼? 但是 sf 应该是包括那花园的吧...
买花园的.. 也需要米一下...但可以种很多花草..

最近才发现 615 sf 的只有一间厕所在房间..
在想如果真的有客人还是房间分租出去就会极度不方便..
可以打第二间厕所的吗?

The Penang Times Square, which has a GDV of RM2 billion, is located in the heart of George Town, boasting one of the biggest malls in northern Peninsular Malaysia, with over a million sq ft and set to be completed by 2020.
“Location is key. With the light rail transit project rolling out, we believe this will boost the viability of our development,” said Goh.
As for Penang WorldCity, its joint development with [url=]Tropicana Corp Bhd[/url] ( Financial Dashboard) which carries a GDV of RM10 billion, it said there are some 80 acres (32.37ha) left for development.
“We may consider a mixed development [on a portion of the 80 acres] with a GDV of RM1 billion. However, this is still in the planning stage. Considering that we still have a substantial portion of undeveloped land, Penang WorldCity should keep us busy for the next 10 to 15 years,” said Goh.
Phase1A of Penang WorldCity, comprising six blocks of condominiums known as Tropicana Bay Residences, saw over 80% of its 1,343 units sold.
Ivory chief executive officer Datuk Low Eng Hock said the group is eyeing development opportunities in the Klang Valley and is in the midst of sealing an agreement with a potential partner there.
“We hope to be able to break the good news by early next year. It will be a mixed development,” he added.
Ivory shares closed unchanged at 36 sen last Friday, with a market capitalisation of RM162.62 million.

最近又再看到有人在讨论区讨论那个看起来像电房的东西. 看起来应该会有三层楼高.
大家都不免对其感到有点忧虑, 难安.

这阵有人在株洲论坛投诉神农大道建110千伏变电站,说是对附近居民身体有损害。我家廖先生现在正好在南车做光伏发电技术方面的工作,专程带他看了神农大道工地。他从专业性角度解释给我听,可我记性差,没记住那些专业术语,只是知道最终结果就是:“对附近居民没影响,反而这附近的住所电压会要稳定很多。他还告诉我,我们楼房下就那座天天路过的房子就是变压器房,说来还真是好笑,都住了6年了,每天来来往往。我还真没注意那是座变压器房,因为它没有那种架在马路边电杆上变压器那样嗡嗡的声音{:12:}

podium level通常需要比较长时间建一楼。。
到了tower block后。。
一个月可以建两到三楼。。。

那几栋应该没有吧, 但未来的PWC确实有 commercial unit, 因为有 service apartment.

应该是三层, 因为四楼开始就是住户层了. 除非他们还有 basement car park , B1, B2, 1,2,3.. haha.. |

我个人是蛮喜欢的.
1)一来它是属于 Penang World City Master Plan 里的其中一个部分. 在未来诺大的土地上, 会有更多的酒店, 医院, 学校, shopping complex, 展览厅.
如果全部能如他们展示给我们看到的一样, 这个社区会是繁华和完整的. 就它本身的设计来说, 也是很漂亮的, 有很多绿色概念, infinity pool , 还有衔接很长的脚车道.
他是 Phase 1, 打头阵的, 至少素质上应该还有保障. 拿它跟其他的 project 比较, Ivory 其他计划拖得特别慢, 这个速度上感觉挺好.
2)它靠近我工作的地点, 也是十五分钟能到达多数的工业区, 自住投资都可以. 比较 flexi.
3)Freehold.
4)沿海地带, 我喜欢. 美中不足的是这计划没有海景, 未来有机会, 我希望能有间有很好海景的屋业. 但upcoming phase 有海景的似乎不是 freehold 了.
5)价钱. 在我还借得到贷款的时候, 买一间觉得还适合自己的.
大概是这样吧... upcoming phase 会有更多单位推出, 但似乎越来越小间了. 一层平均二十多间, 可能真的是 service apartment.
如果槟城旅游业能越来越大, 是不错的吧,不过那个不在TBR 范围内,所以不做更多讨论.
*** 自住没有多大问题. 但如果现在买来投资的话可能会有一点问题. TBR 有接近 1400 间. 还有他前面 Asia green
的也会很多间. 林冠英会征用土地也建一两千间. TBR 售价还是以未来的价钱来卖的, 所以价钱是比较不具备竞争性的.
