（吉隆坡26日讯）由于酒店和宿舍业务出现亏损，东南物流（Tiong Nam Logistics Holdings Bhd）首季净利按年大跌60%至194万令吉，上财年同期则为486万令吉。

这家物流与产业公司指出，截至6月杪2020财政年首季营业额下滑3%至1亿5003万令吉，同期报1亿5515万令吉。

由于产业市场环境严峻，产业发展业务的贡献按年挫跌75%至620万令吉，拖低营业额表现。

同时，物流与仓储服务业务收入增长9%至1亿4160万令吉，得益于获得新的物流客户，以及现有客户的商业活动增加。

“2020财年的全球和区域经济环境仍将对我们的核心业务、物流与仓储服务业务构成挑战。集团深知行业的发展，并明白维持集团的市占率对长远可持续发展至为重要。”

东南物流表示，将继续加强核心竞争力，并致力于客户发展和服务创新。

在竞争激励的环境下，该集团将继续寻求新的商机，并继续专注于营运效率和成本控制。不过，酒店与宿舍业务料在本财年继续处于亏损状态。
