MMODE第二季度报告分析

营收报表



这里很明显的看得出公司的营业额年比减少了31.49%，导致首半年的年对年营业额也下降了19.78%
营收大幅下降，这是一个危险的讯号，但是，我们也看得到了公司管理层在维护公司的赚幅度，管理和营运开支方面减少了很多
第二季度减少了59%，首半年的营运和管理支出也同比减少43.10%，这是非常好的现象
所以，第二季度在这项利好消息下，净利仅减少9.07%，首半年的净利更是只萎缩1.79%

资产负债表

资产部分



资产方面我们看到了整体资产都是上升的
其中，现金方面达到RM 27，372，000，增幅达到18.18%或者RM4，211，000

负责部分



负债方面可以说是越来越少，这是一个很好的现象
短期借贷-RM 476，000
长期借贷-RM 2，433，000
总借贷-RM 2，909，000
这个债务对持有现金RM 27，372，000可以说是0债务的公司

现金流量表



在现金流方面，我看到了公司的赚幅其实还是很可观，首半年的营运现金有RM 7，147，000
比起去年同期其实只减少了0.07%而已，公司还是很赚钱，不会比去年少很多，证明公司在成本和管理控制方面反应出管理层成本控制的能力
其实，首半年的业绩公司只比去年少了0.07%而已，并不是营收报表所显示的1.79%

表现回顾和展望未来



第一段是表现回顾，上述管理层提到的和我看到一样，就是管理和营运开支减少了很多，公司的净利赚幅度更比去年同期上升了5%
但是，管理监管单位的严格管理，导致了公司的营收大幅下滑

第二段公司表示在通讯和科技领域会面临很强劲的竞争，但是，公司会增强产品和服务来满足客户的需求，此外，本集团将继续密切监察其业务
发展规划和相应的修改，以适应不断变化的行业，并继续投资研发新产品及服务。集团还采取措施，实施严格的成本控制，以实现更高的运营效率和有效性。

PS:我个人觉得公司的业绩表现还是不会出现衰退的，资本负债表仍然处在强劲的水平当中，还没什么需要担心，在营运方面管理层很努力在维护公司的赚幅度了，大概就是这样（买卖自负）

移动媒体（MMode，0059，创业板）是一家创业板公司，通过电子电脑提供消遣、娱乐节目。

该公司以1600多万令吉的资本，过去2年每年净赚1300万令吉，每股净利8仙多，派息1仙。

目前，移动媒体手持3300万令吉现金，负债微不足道，而且多属长期债务。
