If you are invested in this stock and not really knowing a lot of the science and seeing it is going down, you will get stress out by anxiety....

Again, folks, if you are investing in this purely looking at the financials statement and revenue, you will be disappointed. Please, research more about the stem cell science and their FDA trials. With very little and un sustainable revenue, the only way that this company can go forwards is dilution.  That is authorize and issue more shares to support themselves until either they get some form of non-dilutive funding. For that to happen, the company needs to have positive catalyst to make that happen.

The recent run up to $12.73 was purely on speculation and thus without actual release of data or information from the company, it fell back down slowly(or too fast....LOL). Part of the reason is because the company also issue proxy to shareholders asking for more authorize share, in the amount of 22.5 million shares. In pre-split amount it is 2.25 billion shares...LOL. How do you think most people took it? Especially if you really do not understand what this company really up to in terms of the potential pipelines? In the proxy the company also states that the name of the company will change from Advanced Cell Technology to Ocata Therapeutic Inc. on 11/12/2014. By the way, the annual shareholder meeting will be held on that same day in Boston where they will count the votes of all the items spell out in proxy for shareholders to vote. Okey, now back to about news. The company has stated that they will "say less and do more", that is why you rarely see news from them these days. I agree that this will add to the pressure of the pps where most folks will treat this as "typical OTC scam" stocks because they just R/S, and asked for more shares after R/S. This does smell like a scam company if you really do not know their FDA trials and understand their scientific achievements.

I said it before and I said it again. I am heavily invested in this company for their potentials only, not current revenue, not looking at their financials statement and not even really their management team. If management team was my concerns also, when Rabin was in charge and with no CFO, I would probably still invested but not to the weight of current scale in my portfolio. Nonetheless, it is nice to see that the current management is really trying to steer the ship in the right direction and have a good plan to execute. My only matrix for this company is the science, specifically the current FDA trials is very critical. If the trials is halted or even stopped briefly BY FDA, I can kiss my money goodbye. If not I am at peace, even when the PPS looks ugly like past few weeks to now. So far, after 3 years, the trials is "alive"....LOL. One thing that I do wanted to mention that, some folks here might or might not know, is the company all along has stated that they will try to do a RE-IPO. Thus in the past 9 months or so, the company has been doing a lot of clean up and steps leading to this. They re-do their books, they settled all out-standing lawsuits, they hire new accounting film, they hire CEO and also they R/S, and also asked for more shares( this is why I am fine with this, because the company already running out of shares, if they do  not have a good amount of shares, how will the RE-IPO helps if there is not much shares to sell for funding). If you want to read about RE-IPO (complicated and boring), here it is, below link. The last step of RE-IPO will be up-list to NASDAQ or some bigger/more reputable exchange than OTC. This is what we are waiting for, but most likely not happening until name changed. Because why up-list and change name, make more sense name changed and uplist.

Also the company has said that the top line data (clinical data about the trials result) is submitted to a reputable peers review paper publisher (we are guessing it is NEJM) and we all are expecting this paper to be out BEFORE the uplist. This should be a very good catalyst to push the pps to a much higher and sustainable level. All these runs up are the results of this and people are guessing and thus was disappointed too. Thus you can see the pps fluctuate a lot. The only thing that I am really not happy about the low of the pps is that I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO BUY MORE AND MORE AT THESE LEVELS......  I am crazy eh.....I do not mind if you want to call me that....

We, a lots of us that following the sciences and the pre-clinical trials, know that this is not just a "make up". We know that they have patents and also done pre-clinical test with animals. I think one of the previous posts of mine was about the Tufts university 7 dogs trials about stem cells treatments using ACT's cells.

Also, below is fresh news about photoreceptors cells, this validate the company claims that they are working on these potenitals pipeline and will apply for IND ( investigative new drugs, application submit to FDA to conduct human trials) when time comes.

One of the reason that I never really worry about this investment is because of the huge patent portfolio that this company filed and approved for. There will be a lot more to come too as Regenerative medicine field is so big and we are just scratching the surface only. Because of the patents they have, even if this company ultimately had to be sold for whatever reasons, the patent worthiness itself will be in the billion of dollars!!! That means I will still be making money, although a lot less than I would have expected.

I think I will stop writing about this company after this as this is enough prove that this therapy or treatment will indeed works on most patients, at least to the degree that not getting worst for AMD and SMD.

I do not have real experience with Re-IPO. Thus whatever I said will be speculating.

Think of it as just IPO, and think of yourself as the private venture capitalist that invested in a company before it gone public. Just for illustration, imagine yourself as the investors of FB before FB gone public, you pay $10K for 10 thousand shares. Thus you really paying a dollar a shares of FB. When FB gone IPO, it closed that day about $18, thus  you are making $17 per share. In our Re-IPO case, it is the same. The current shareholders are just earlier investors before the Re-IPO. Most will be average around 10-to 15 dollars per share. Thus when the Re-IPO happen, there will be a price set and hopefully it will be at least higher that your average; and the most important thing is after the Re-IPO the price is moving as most new IPO company did, it gets traction and move higher. As long as the price is higher than your average, you will make money on your number of share. Your share amount does not change, it is the value that will be changed based on the market cap. Of course there will also be a dilution factor for us as when the company is selling more shares, your percentage of ownership will be lower, even though your share count does not change. That is the distinctive different between new IPO and Re-IPO.

I went up to Boston for the Annual Shareholder meeting on 11/12 and also met many other investors of the company the night before.

I can tell you for sure that we are invested in a great company, so just sit and relax. We will get there, just need patience.

By the way, looks like the ticker will change to OCAT tomorrow, since the name changed to Ocata Therapeutics is approved during ASM.

Not much on the public front. Of course behind the close door, we think there are actions.

As you know the uplist is delayed. But the 64 million dollors question is WHY? We all just wait for the next news patiently........

My position is, as long as the trial is on-going and not stopped by FDA, I am at ease and prepared myself that there might be a long wait for returns.
