（吉隆坡19日讯）福胜利（Hock Seng Lee Bhd）获砂拉越州政府授予建筑合约，总值1亿451万令吉。

根据文告，该公司收到砂拉越公共工程部发出关于诗巫项目的承兑函。

工程范围包括打桩工程、土/沙填土、岩土工程、排水及道路路面。

该公司补充说，工程还需要穿越低洼地形，因此，其海洋工程专业知识将派上用场。

福胜利表示，合约为期24个月，预计今年9月动工。

该公司指出，该合约有望为收益作出积极贡献。

The Board of Directors of Hock Seng Lee Berhad (“HSL”) is pleased to announce that HSL has, on 16 August 2019, received a Letter of Acceptance from Government of Sarawak through Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak for a project known as the Proposed Construction and Completion of the Jalan Sg. Bidut/Kpg. Tutus/Kpg. Sebedil/Kpg.Bungan Kecil, Sibu Division (Package A), Sarawak (“the Project”) with a contract value of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred and Four Million, Five Hundred Six Thousand, Sixty Three and Sen Thirty Only (RM104,506,063.30), through an open tender exercise. The scope of works for HSL includes piling works, earth/sand filling, geotechnical work, drainage and road pavement.  Traversing low lying terrain, the works will draw on HSL’s expertise in marine engineering. The contract period is 24 months and physical construction work is expected to commence in September 2019. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of HSL Group as the Project progresses during the contract period.   However, the transaction will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholdings of HSL. None of the directors and/or major shareholders of HSL or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above contract.

（吉隆坡22日讯）建筑与产业发展业务收入增加，把福胜利（Hock Seng Lee Bhd）的第二季净利推高16.39%至1643万令吉，一年前为1412万令吉。

截至今年6月杪次季，每股盈利升至2.99仙，之前为2.57仙。

季度营业额从一年前的1亿5425万令吉，上扬13.72%至1亿7541万令吉。

该集团宣布，派发每股1仙首次中期股息，将于10月10日支付。

福胜利表示，建筑业务为季度营业额作出86%或1亿5138万令吉（去年为1亿3869万令吉）贡献，其余14%或2403万令吉（去年为1556万令吉）来自产业发展业务的贡献。

建筑业务税前盈利增至1496万令吉，一年前报1333万令吉，归功于建筑活动增加及盈利赚幅改善。

产业发展业务税前盈利则从552万令吉，提高至685万令吉。

福胜利指出，现财年首半年净利上涨9.41%至3052万令吉，上财年同期报2790万令吉。

营业额则从一年前的2亿8600万令吉，增长12.63%至3亿2213万令吉。

福胜利今日还宣布，委任Datuk Sudarsuno Othman（64岁）及Datuk Laura Lee Ngien Hion（62岁）为独立非执行董事。

（吉隆坡18日讯）砂拉越建筑公司福胜利（Hock Seng Lee）公布，截至3月杪首季净利跌至755万令吉，上财年同期则报1409万令吉。

首季营业额也从1亿4672万令吉，降至1亿1240万令吉。90%的营业额来自建筑业务，余下10%则来自产业发展业务。

该集团向大马交易所报备，由于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情和自3月18日实施的行动限制令（MCO），两个业务的营业额和盈利均走低。

产业发展业务的收入降低是由于确认销售的时间较长、赚幅因折扣和促销收窄，以及一些建筑成本增加。

福胜利集团董事经理拿督余志和在文告中表示，该公司目前的订单企于34亿令吉，未完成的总额为22亿令吉。

“在任何低迷的市场中，新项目自然会减少。可负担是关键。因此，公司唯一的主要项目将是十年来最畅销的Samariang Aman 3”

“我们将从126个单层和双层排屋和半独立式洋房开始。当大多数新的低价项目都是公寓时，我们预计购屋者会对这些有地产业感到欣喜。”

该集团谨慎希望，基础设施建设仍是州政府和联邦政府在该州支出的优先事项。
