鹏发手持1.5亿合约 营收有望逼近高峰

(吉隆坡18日讯)大马打桩业者--鹏发(PTARAS,9598,主板建筑股)目前共持有价值1亿5000万令吉的工程合约,因此该公司相信,2017財政年(6月30日结账)业绩將好于2016財政年,其营业额或可回升至接近2015財政年达2亿4000万令吉的高峰水平。
鹏发主席兼董事经理丘汉强在今日的股东大会后向媒体表示,鹏发放眼在未来斩获总值2亿5000万至3亿令吉的工程合约,这也相当于公司现有工程团队与设备的全部產能。
「鹏发在去年花费1100万令吉购入2部钻探机(boringmachine),提升產能;不过,现在產业领域仍然低迷,鹏发会保持谨慎,在接下来的数个月內静观其变。若相关领域有改善跡象,我们才会考虑继续扩大產能。」
同时,他透露,目前获颁政府基建工程,如泛婆罗洲大道(PanBorneo Highway)、新街场─淡江高架大道(SUKE)和白沙罗-莎阿南大道(DASH)等合约的主要承包商,仍未將其中的工程分包出去,因此鹏发並未接获相关的基建工程合约,手上合约全由產业发展项目所贡献。
「隨著捷运2號线(MRT2)工程展开,我相信,国內各大基建工程將会在2017年开始启动,新的工程分包活动將陆续有来。」
不过,丘汉强指出,鹏发考虑的不仅仅是合约数量,赚幅亦是该公司考虑的重点。
「鹏发肯定会参与政府基建工程的竞標,不过我们对定价有一定要求,除非当时公司手上的工程合约数量较少,我们才会考虑降低定价,爭取订单。」
他指出,根据歷史数据,鹏发在建筑工程领域的税前盈利赚幅一般是22%至25%。
一位不愿具名的小股东向《东方財经》透露,鹏发在2016財政年的赚幅由前年的28%,跌至17%,不过公司高层向股东们大派定心丸,称鹏发在2017財政年一定会改善赚幅表现。
该小股东亦称,鹏发的竞標合约总值由之前的20至30亿令吉,猛降至现在的5亿至8亿令吉,而公司高层表示,这是鉴于產业领域放缓,市面上的建筑工程数量减少,是导致鹏发2016財政年净利与营业额大跌的主因之一。
同时,营运成本,包括工程成本与人力成本的高涨,以及竞爭对手抢占市场,亦是打击鹏发上个財政年业绩的因素。
无论如何,鹏发高层表示,公司会在2017年更积极地去爭取新合约,加上更佳的赚幅表现,该公司可以在本財政年取得比2016財政年更好的业绩。
此外,凭著手握近1亿7000万令吉的现金,鹏发建议派发每股12仙的终期股息,加上此前派发的每股8仙中期股息,全年共派每股20仙股息,股息派发率达184%。
该小股东称,鹏发高层指出,公司在净利大跌的情况下,反而派发更高股息,是为了回馈股东的支持,不让他们失望。【东方网财经】 |

建筑投资收入增加.鹏发首季净利扬96%

(吉隆坡18日讯)受到建筑领域及投资收入增加带动,鹏发(PTARAS,9598,主板建筑组)截至2016年9月30日止第一季净利成长96.41%至1320万3000令吉,前期为672万2000令吉。
营业额也从前期3576万2000令吉,按年成长67.03%至5973万4000令吉。
该公司建筑业务税前净利成长154%至1170万令吉,主要是受到建筑项目以及更高进行中工程进账所推动。
但与此同时,制造领域却下跌8%至110万令吉,原因是销售量与价格皆同时走低。
展望未来,在订单以及竞标规模处于良好水平下,管理层认为该公司余下财年的表现依然可维持良好。尽管产业市场低迷,但政府在2017年预算案中仍推出多项大型工程,使得本地建筑市场前景仍一片光明。
各项工程如捷运第二线、轻快铁第三线、DASH、SUKE以及泛婆罗洲大道等大型基建项目提供了大量的二手建筑工程,也为打桩领域带来许多工作机会。
该公司面临的最大挑战,依旧是人力资源,在各个层面上的员工聘请仍十分困难。另外,制造业务表现持续走低,在激烈市场竞争下,产品售价也不断降低。
不过,该公司认为2017年表现将会不错。

建筑业务激励
鹏发次李净利翻3.47倍
2017年2月18日
(吉隆坡17日讯)随着建筑业务的贡献显著增加,以及投资收入提高,鹏发(PTARAS,9598,主板建筑股)截至去年12月31日次季,净利按年激增3.47倍。
该公司次季净赚1131万9000令吉或每股6.9仙,上财年同季是253万1000令吉或每股1.6仙。
同时,营业额则从3121万7000令吉,按年上涨91.48%,达5977万3000令吉。
鹏发的建筑业务营业额和盈利皆增长,税前盈利更飙涨7.62倍,达1120万令吉,主要是现有项目有更多盈利入账。
同时,制造业务税前盈利也增加,归功于较低原料成本,有助于缓冲销量下跌的冲击。
合计上半年净利,按年激增1.65倍至2452万2000令吉,或每股15仙,而营业额则按年上升78.42%至1亿1951万令吉。
鹏发指,本财年下两个季度的建筑活动会较疲弱,因为有几项工程接近竣工。
虽然未完成订单合约,目前处于低端水平,但相信可在未来数个月增加订单合约。【e南洋】

(吉隆坡30日讯)鹏发(PTARAS,9598,主板建筑股)宣布,从Maison Rouge私人有限公司手中获颁合约,总值2630万令吉。
根据文告,这项合约是由鹏发子公司Pintaras Geotechnics私人有限公司所获得,主要负责位于Mukim Petaling的1座公寓和2层停车场的建设工程。
合约将从9月12日将开始施工,并为期9个月。【e南洋】

鹏发获2040万合约

(吉隆坡24日讯)鹏发(PTARAS,9598,主板建筑股)独资子公司鹏发岩土工程(Pintaras Geotechnics),昨日获得Top Value 酒店颁发总值2040万令吉合约。
鹏发向马交所报备,鹏发岩土工程将为位于莎阿南的一座商业大楼项目,负责设计临时支柱工程、堆垛和桩头,以及土建工程、地下室和挡土墙的建设。
根据合约,工程将于今年11月1日开始,施工期为9个月。
鹏发指出,上述合约料将会贡献公司盈利。【e南洋】
