这我在半年前就不看了。。 更本就没UPDATE 过。我的大学在1990年被UPGRADE 上大学，但JPA 还用旧它的名字。。。

这个的确没有update...
昨天太迟了。。没有试。。
但是也不出奇，试问政府的东西几时有update过？？

外国学生可以打工20小时一个星期。。
我的老师以前有分享她在manchester求学的故事。。。
他说那时候她比较幸运，卖ais cream...一小时9英镑。。。
有些人是帮人家洗厕所

但是已经很多年前了，现在会更好？还是更遭？
其实我觉得你们这一批的应该还值得。。毕竟现在英镑掉到那么厉害。。
学费有没有起家就不清楚了。。。

无论如何祝福你们啦。。。

看来我那两张Leeds 和Durham的offer letter 是拿来摆美了。。
毕竟我不舍得花那么多钱
我还是去singapore读master算了

前途。。。 有太多factor 可以影响。。。 不能说 uk degree 和 uk  ...

The Act does not recognise any overseas degrees for purposes of admission into the Institute. However, those who possess qualifications not lower than a first degree relating toaccounting, business or finance recognised by the Public ServicesDepartment (JPA) or other qualificationsapproved by the MIA Council may be eligible to apply to sit for the MIAQE. Upon completion of the examination and together with the relevantpractical experience, he/she would be eligible to apply for membershipas a Chartered Accountant.

Q2.  Who is eligible to sit for the MIA Qualifying Examination?

MIA QE: Alternative Route

Eligibility

Section 15A (2) of the Act provides that a person shall only beeligible to sit for the MIA Qualifying Examination if he/ she possessesa qualification relating to accounting, business or finance recognizedby the Public Services Department or other qualifications approved bythe MIA Council. This includes;

overseas graduates:

students who have graduated from twinning programmes 指的是本地私立学院和外国大学联办2+2degree...(必须有MQA Accreditation & JPA)

students who have graduated from 3+0 programmes 指的是本地私立学院和外国大学联办3+0课程 (必须有MQA Accreditation & JPA)



However, pursuant to Rule 3 (3) of the Malaysian Institute ofAccountants QE Rules, 2002, the accounting content in the abovequalifications must not be less than 60 per cent of the totalqualification that will be assessed by the MIA Examination Committee.

这个我认同。。。以前人想拿个degree难上加难。。没钱，没那么多课程，没那么多机会。。。唯有拿个Diploma做工。。做了几十年，现在孩子大了，要养家。。要升salary就必须有degree...为了生活，明知不对也被逼拿"快熟degree"以便可以升级，养家。。这是情有可原。。我接受！为了讨生活。。我明白。。。

但现在的年轻人。。。什么都有，没钱不用紧有PTPTN，机会？满街都是学院。。。可是想法就是歪，专选"快","容易过关"。。。 有机会因该好好努力读书，考个正真的好学位。。

Diploma (2年++/3年）是不可代替degree yr 1 & yr 2的，因为Diploma虽然时间是2-3年,但Diploma Syllabus设计是比较简单,比较Practical, 而degree yr 1 & yr 2比较学术性，已经懂得研究Academic Research, Research Methodology,懂得用SPSS分析，然后apply等。。。这些对最后一年的毕业论文是必要的基础和有很大的帮助...

Diploma+最后一年degree...是行不通的。。

注意，在2 和 3 之间是 and/or 就是说不一定要两者兼有。情况和法律相同。如果CLP 不ADMIT 因为BAR 不承认你的DEGREE (全英国只有30所法律学院受BAR 承认，连DURHAM UNI 都不在内， 评审遵择是一直被受怀疑)不代表你不能成为律师，只要在英国念BVC 毕业后一样可以会马成为职业律师。

我不是质疑你们的好意，也很感激大家的意见，不要说我听不进去，只是不被我信服而已。就像你所说我只看到好的一面，但却忽视它的弱点。。但你何尝不是一样呢? 可能它的好你是一点也看不到。。
