達洋企業前景如何？

1）達洋企業上半年業績整體落後預期，惟分析員相信龐大訂單效益未來將逐漸發酵，助使該公司達成36%年均複合成長率預期。

豐隆研究說，達洋目前持有52億令吉訂單，即使在毫無新訂單問世情況下，未來3年的盈利依然可錄取36%年均複合成長，攫取任何新訂單將為財測提供上揚空間。

大馬許多岸外平台擁有超過20年年齡，急需翻新，而達洋在這方面擁有強勁執行紀錄，相信將成為任何新訂單的潛在贏家。

肯納格研究指出，達洋擁有許多長期訂單，其中77%訂單被延長至2018年，長期展望明朗，賺幅好轉將成為潛在催化劑。

無論如何，該行坦言早前財測或許過於樂觀，因此下調2013年財測8.3%至淨利1億4千零60萬令吉，惟保持2014年財測不變。

大眾投資亦下調2013年財測15%，主要因新訂單填補時機不如預期，但重申看好該股前景。

扩充船队受看好 券商建议买入达洋企业

（吉隆坡10日讯）投行对于达洋企业（DAYANG，5141，主板贸服股）添购船只活动持正面看法，并表示近期市场的抛售活动，已让达洋企业股价回调至诱人水平，大部分投行都给予该股“买进”看法。

丰隆研究投行对达洋企业购买船只看法正面，并认为这符合公司扩大船队计划，预计该新船只将用来营运连接、建筑与启动（HUCC）工程合约。

达洋企业已开始调动旗下船只，履行连接、建筑与启动工程合约，这意味未来几个季度或出现赚幅受压的情形。

丰隆研究投行表示，这是因为有关合约在首阶段带来的盈利认领赚幅较低。

由于市场近期出现大幅抛售现象，达洋企业股价已经回调至诱人水平，从2013年6月开始，股价已下跌14.4%。

MIDF研究表示，今年下半年将是大部分油气公司交上强劲表现时刻，因届时将有更多合约颁发。

有信心准时竣工

不过，丰隆研究投行则表示，该公司能否准时以符合成本方式完成合约，是该投行对达洋企业提出重新评估的条件。

但是，以该公司过去辉煌纪录和能力，该分析员对达洋企业有相当的信心。

MIDF研究表示，达洋企业目前是净现金水平，意味公司还有借贷空间，作为未来扩展或并购用途。

同时，该公司目前手持超过40亿令吉订单，并能延续至2018年；至于在今年5月争取3项合约，大部分的盈利贡献料在下半年才显现。

丰隆研究投行以及MIDF研究都维持对该股“买进”投资评级，目标价格分别为6.87令吉和6.08令吉。

MIDF研究给予的目标价格，是以2014年16倍本益比以及每股盈利38仙作出计算，比国内同行出现稍微溢价情形，但该投行认为这是合理的评估，因达洋企业具高增长潜能，并可归类为中型至大型油气股，其市值已接近10亿美元。[南洋网财经]

券商買進心頭好．第3季業績符預期 達洋擴展計劃受看好

達洋（DAYANG，5141，主要板貿易）第3季業績于26日（週二）出爐，儘管淨利按年下跌22%，但我們看好該公司擴展計劃，加上擁有一個強大資產基礎，可助加強在油氣領域的地位。

本財年首9個月，達洋淨利在高端維修服務業務收入增高帶動下，按年揚升42%，達1億2564萬令吉，大致已佔我們預測的80%。

較高船隻使用率、本季度接獲訂單和執行工程提高，助達洋營業額按年上漲34.8%，達1億7143萬令吉。

另廂，受較低賺幅和維修服務流通成本影響，第3季淨利按年下滑22%至3196萬6000令吉；受年初和年底天氣欠佳拖累，末季淨利料持續走弱。

達洋已收購一艘岸外寄宿工作船，以向岸外油氣公司提供海上服務，預計能于2014財年末季收到。

達洋除了擁有9艘船隻，也正向必達石油（PERDANA，7108，主要板貿易）租賃船隻，包括5艘勞動駁船和1艘工作船。

达洋企业建议派送每股面值50仙的2亿7500万股红股，比例为每持有2股普通股，可获送1股红股。

达洋企业将通过股票溢价户头和盈利保留户头，分别支付1亿778万7000令吉和2971万3000令吉。

截至9月30日，达洋企业股票溢价户头和盈利保留户头，分别为1亿778万7000令吉和4142万5000令吉。

派红股照亮盈利前景　达洋大涨连破两纪录

（吉隆坡9日讯）隨著达洋企业（DAYANG，5141，主板贸服股）宣佈按2送1比例派送红股给股东，市场分析员认为这不止可以加强该公司的股票流通量，同时也意味著它们会有更好的净利前景。        

在上述红股活动的激励下，达洋企业股价因此大涨且改写盘中新高纪录，今天盘中一度高掛5.59令吉，终场收报5.45令吉，全天共涨1仙或1.87%。成交量是232万1300股。

二因素派送红股

达洋企业建议派送2亿7500万股红股给股东的理由有2个，第一是回馈现有股东长久支持；第二是加强公司股票流通量。红股活动料在明年首季完成。

拉昔胡申研究分析员表示，他对上述红股活动感到惊喜，由於达洋企业市值自2008年4月上市以来飆涨超过570%，如今派送红股將可进一步加强公司股票的流动性。

与此同时，丰隆研究分析员指出，一旦红股活动完成后，达洋企业股本將增至8亿2500万股，因此每股资產料从99仙，冲淡至66仙。

大部份分析员认为，达洋企业08年上市迄今第2次送红股，也意味著该公司未来的净利前景正面。

肯纳格研究分析员强调，达洋企业的前景受看好，是因为它们目前手头上总值40亿令吉的合约订单当中，有77%已续约至2018年。

此外，他也说，「达洋企业的联號公司--柏达纳石油（PERDANA，7108，主板贸服股），將持续对达洋企业作出更好的净利贡献。」

拉昔胡申研究提醒，展望將来，市场对海事油船的需求將越来越高，达洋企业已作好准备抓紧商机。

该公司已经向柏达纳石油租借5至6艘油船，以负责泛马维修与岸外装配和营运工程（Pan Malaysia HUCC）。

拉昔胡申研究和丰隆研究皆维持达洋企业「买进」评级，给予的目標价分別是6.72令吉和6.87令吉。

脱售2.7%达洋　纳英套现8400万

（吉隆坡13日讯）纳英控股（Naim，5073，主板產业股）在1月9及10日（週四及週五），通过公开市场，脱售达洋企业（Dayang，5141，主板贸服股）1500万股，或2.7%的股权，总收益达到8400万8025令吉。        

这收益將会以现金结算。截至2013年9月30日止，以达洋企业的未审核每股净资產值1.17令吉计算，脱售价相等於每股4.43令吉或约378.6%的溢价。

此前，纳英控股共持有达洋企业33.63%的股权。

回酬具吸引力

文告指出，这项脱售行动將让纳英控股，套现达洋企业的投资，以获取非常具吸引力的回酬。纳英控股將把脱售收益用作营运资本。

营业额扬升 达洋企业2送1红股

该投资控股公司致函马交所说，然而，营业额由前期的1亿2716万8000令吉跳升至1亿7143万7000令吉。

它表示，在上述季度中营业额增加，主要是船队使用率较高，以及接驳、测试和船只维修服务取得较高收入。

该集团补充：“董事们仍然看好2013年末季的前景，因为直至2018年，集团仍然持有总值逾40亿令吉的正在进行中的合约。”

手握40億工程‧達洋獲青睞

（吉隆坡11日訊）達洋企業（DAYANG,5141,主板貿服組）持有約40億令吉龐大工程，料可忙碌5年，崛起為最大油氣利基服務業者，分析員看好其強穩基本因素。

黃氏唯高達指出，目前達洋企業進入強勁成長周期，是2013年中泛馬頒發約100億令吉的維修與岸外裝配和營運計劃（HUC）合約的最大贏家，並成為維修與岸外裝配和營運及鑽油平台主要維修服務領導者，主要是擁有良好記錄優勢的支撐。

該行補充，該公司有意尋求更多岸外合約，包括擴展其工程及設計專業，以參與提昇採油工程領域，與現有業務相輔相成。

該行指出，達洋企業持有25%股權的柏達納石油（PERDANA,7108,主板貿服組）將加速成長動力，因旗下18艘船只在2014年的使用率將走高（預料至90%，比較2013年為80%），特別是工作船只供應短缺。

該行認為，隨著柏達納石油約85%船只是供長期出租合約，使它繼續尋求更多工作駁船以應付市場需求。預料柏達納石油盈利將占達洋企業2014年及2015年的12%及14%的淨利。

該行預測其2014年財政年淨利為1億9千200萬令吉，2015年則為2億零900萬令吉，以及2016年為2億2千400萬令吉。

（吉隆坡12日讯）油气领域维修和支援服务供应商———达洋企业（DAYANG，5141，主板贸服股）董事经理东姑尤索夫，截至本月共脱售了公司510万股，减持股份至9.44%根据马交所的资料显示，尤索夫在本月7日和10日，分别以每股3.82令吉和3.75令吉，脱售了200万和310万股。

目前，他持有达洋企业9.44%股权，或7791万股。

该股股价在本月6日达新高3.86令吉，7日和10日则以3.83令吉和3.69令吉挂收。

闭市时，该股以3.76令吉闭收，下滑3仙或0.79%，全天成交量为41万6700股。【南洋网财经】
