原来如此，我之前还以为，财报有问题的公司，要被除牌前，是要从GN3，再PN17，才能除牌
哈哈，原来一个是给mesdaq，一个是给main board的烂公司！

应该只有GN3和PN17吧？

超维特上诉 展延除牌

（八打灵再也3日讯）超维特（Carotech，0076，创业板）将向大马交易所提出上诉，重新考虑除牌的决议。

超维特总财务长吴安德鲁（译音）接受《星报》采访时表示，公司将会与马交所会面，呈交上诉。

他表示，超维特在1月中旬时已有一项重组计划，但需时准备，因此向马交所申请，将2月28日的期限进一步延长。

“这是类似首次公开献售的计划，我们需要律师、会计师和银行的官方文件，2月28日前是不可能完成的。”

无奈马交所最后驳回超维特延长期限的申请，超维特需在4月6日暂停交易，并于4月10日正式除牌。

不过，若是超维特能在5日前提出上诉，这项停牌与除牌决定也将展延。

受到除牌危机的影响，超维特上周五一开始即暴跌，全日共跌2.5仙或50%，报2.5仙，市值蒸发一半至281万令吉。

今日闭市时，超维特以2.5仙，平盘挂收，成交量达2427万3100股。

若超维特的重组计划获得相关单位批准，白武士或将出手打救公司。

董事经理何树生早前接受采访时透露，一些富裕人士看中超维特的业务模式，尤其是类胡萝卜素（carotenoids）和生育三烯酚（tocotrienols）的需求不断升高。

超维特在1月31日宣布，公司计划实行一重组计划，当中包含资本削减、股票整合、可弃权附加股配送凭单，以及私下配售新股。[Nanyang]

（吉隆坡5日訊）面對除牌厄運的超維特（CAROTEC，0076，創業板工業產品組）向大馬股票交易所提出，要求再延長提呈重組計劃的期限至7月31日。

該公司發表文告指出，由於無法如期呈交重組計劃，因而遭交易所勒令在明日（6日）停牌，不過已要求寬限至7月31日。

超維特是在2010年11月因背負高達2億5千844萬7千令吉債務無法償還，遭稽查師發出否定聲明，而列入GN3陷困公司，須重組脫困，惟該公司至今仍無法展開重組活動。

該股今日閉市報2仙，跌0.5仙。（星洲日報／財經）

With respect to the securities of the Company which are currently deposited with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd ("Bursa Depository"), the securities may remain deposited with Bursa Depository notwithstanding the de-listing of the securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities. It is not mandatory for the securities of a company which has been de-listed to be withdrawn from Bursa Depository.

Alternatively, shareholders of the Company who intend to hold their securities in the form of physical certificates, can withdraw these securities from their Central Depository System (CDS) accounts maintained with Bursa Depository at anytime after the securities of the Company have been de-listed from the Official List of Bursa Securities.

This can be effected by the shareholders submitting an application form for withdrawal in accordance with the procedures prescribed by Bursa Depository. These shareholders can contact any Participating Organisation of Bursa Securities and/or Bursa Securities’ General Line at 03-2034 7000 for further information on the withdrawal procedures.

Upon the de-listing of the Company, the Company will continue to exist but as an unlisted entity. The Company is still able to continue its operations and business and proceed with its corporate restructuring and its shareholders can still be rewarded by the Company’s performance. However, the shareholders will be holding shares which are no longer quoted and traded on Bursa Securities.

其实这时候取不取，意义不是那么重要了。。当你投资的公司股票是因财务问题而被除牌下市，虽除牌但你的cds 户口还是有记录的（没被移出，你可留意）。。所以你是可以申请购买该购的“证书”，让后把该记录移出。。

除牌后，该公司还是会以不是上市公司形态继续营业。。
