是没错。。。三层楼的使用空间很大。。。大家庭真的蛮好用的。。。

1)better design
2)stata title - no change can be made to the house within 5 years, maintain consistency of the area.
3)private pool house and facilities
3)private garden that only share with SEC residences
4)double tier security

adda over SEC
1)cheaper

tie
1)location wise, adda might look a bit closer to highway, but SEC not much further, and adda is closer to high tension cable..

just my two cent

B4 i bought SEC. I have e same ?. Why adda height is so cheap compare to SEC? I dont have any answer. But alternately, i chose SEC. 1 is i need a smallar unit. 2 is i dont understand why all empty shoo houses are ther left vacant. To play safe i selected SEC.

It will be good that you go for a site visit to see the actual house look like. The house framework and structure will be accordance to SPA, the interior of showhouse are interior Design which means it may not be 100% same from your purchase, however I'd consider partially renovated condition, the beauty of it is that you're unlikely spending a lot for ID work. The developer provided floor tiles covered almost all areas including car porch and also full height wall tiles for all bath rooms. And so far I understand only Setia's providing 36 months material and workmanship warranty for us. I also preferred living further away from main road or highway, it will be less (noise)pollution and maintain kampong style.

其实以屋子的设计，环境，用料是真的不错的。。。。
