他说open for inspect你未必要去inspect的嘛。。。你不是说无所谓吗。。？看有哪一个的available的日期是ok的就email他们你的情况然后订房。。。不过要小心点啊～有什么要问的话可以在email里面问他们的^^

当初你报名时是不是agent帮你弄的？

你尝试到这http://www.professionals.com.au/  email给他们，叫他们帮你找，说是urgent的。不然就email给curtin,问他们能帮忙到你吗。

我二月就要去brisbane QUT上课了。
想问下，这个网站http://www.realestate.com.au，信得过吗？
我现在在找房子，已经找到了，
在AUCHENFLOWER，
不过有点担心会被agent欺骗。

我看中的房子是$160p.w.，
我想知道这笔钱是给谁的？
agent还是屋主？
然后会不会有而外的付费？

然后我去到brisbane机场时，
有没有人来机场接我的？
如果没有人来接我，
那么我怎样拿锁匙进房呢？

realestate.com.au just a platform you deal with agent... but i think those agents who can put on realeastate.com.au should be  reliable.
most of the time you will pay rent to agent... agent will pay the landlord.. you will seldom got chance to c the landlord.. for the agent will take certain amount of your rent as their income.  160 pw mean 160 for 7 days... so if one month counted as 30 days.. your rent is 160/7 x 30 = $685.70 not 160 x 4 = $640. pls be aware.  
I doubt how the agent allow you to get the house.  what is the agent company name? If you never pay the bond and 1st month rent, I don't think the agent will consider that is rented out to you.

and abt anybody pick you up on airport? this u need to make sure with your school right?  or ur relative there...  u just rent a house not employ a maid leh... property agent wont care how u get to the agent office to pick up key and from the office to that place.  this is some common sense lah..  you tot u from Penang rent hse in KL ppl go Penang pick u up and send u to KL ah?

其实QUT有提供pickup，可是要你先住他们指定的hotel

哈哈~没事没事，反正我没有生气。。
要inspect的话就只好请那边的大大帮你了。。。如果没有办法的话就先随便找一个地方落脚吧。。到那边再慢慢inspect。。然后搬家。。

这次到我求救了。。
请问各位是怎样订便宜机票呢？我查过mas加了税来回要整四千多
放弃。除非它有更便宜的offer。
air asia最远也只能book到10月。。。我最早也要11月才可以回。。现在要等到下个月然后book来回的，还是先book单程，回程迟点才book？那一个比较好呢？现在air asia的是大概1200~1300 （去的，含税）。回程我放了10月的来test，目前为止是777（不含税）。下个月book11月的也会差不多吗？
来update一下。新加坡航空也是要四千多
qantas的话就很麻烦一下，至少要转机两次。而且还要另外订从msia去sing的机票。只是从sing到melb要大概RM2300。。不知道有没有算tax进去。

看来好像是air asia比较划算了。各位大大有什么好介绍吗？

i think airasia may not like Mas got open 1 yr return ticket. this is why you cant book next year Nov.... I think u r from Perth right? you can just try to get the cheapest airasia one way back to Perth.. and wait till next year get another one way back to malaysia on Nov.  but u need to beware abt the baggage. it is AUS$35 for 25 kg.  but u may get AUS$200-300++ oneway ticket.. and now convert rate still low... so i think you buy one way one way will be more worth it.  

(just the worst is... airasia decide not fly to the location that you wanna go anymore...
