我推荐mdeejay 的 incredible s port ROM v1.2
我用了一个星期，很满意。然后刷mdeejay 的kernel，很省电。
但他的kernel 是OC了的，不想OC的话你要用setcpu 调会去1.0GHz
mike 的 ARHD 5.0 刚出，有可能不是很稳定。但可以尝试啦

这个觉得不稳，htc doubleshot 还在测试机。而且听说这个ROM 的sense 3.0 也不是完整的。
我是刷来看看如何而已。如果你是日常用的还是刷我建议那些，会稳定很多。

一位用户的感想

Had a bit of a play around with this for a few mins. If anything hopefully it should give the devs some insight as to how to get Pyramid Sense 3.0 running properly as from what I can tell most of the Sense in this ROM is very similar.
It's quite a basic ROM, but the 3D carousel homescreens are here and working fine (though the quick swipe that spins the carousel doesn't seem to work).

The main difference is the actual launcher itself, which is probably actually more functional than on normal sense, but is ugly as sin. The dialler is pretty basic too.

This has the "bubble" style messaging app.

Also, how lazy were HTC when they came up with their new live wallpaper? It's awful!

I quite like some of the themes that come on this ROM.
It still has the paginated app drawer.
There is an option to change the lockscreen shortcuts, though they don't actually display on the lockscreen.

是咯，我觉得IS的ROM 会比较顺。可能是之前我刷了kernel。
接下来要试看刷kernel，看可以不可以。

有啊，也刷了mdeejay的kernel，在测试当中。
到目前为止算还错的。

这个是htc doubleshot ROM 的video。

话说，看了engadget对SGSII的review，评语很好。samsung 估计SGSII 也会卖10million 架。
接下来看看HTC 的sensation 可不可以报回去年desire 输给SGS的仇恨

刚刚刷了Android Revolution HD 5.1.1然后拿去test它的performance想不到才1400多罢了。。。
然后我所期待的off screen会有那个好像我们关掉电视那样的effect做么没有的？？？
然后我习惯用的tap tap apps只能关不能开哦。。。然后想把它uninstall掉却又不给哦。。。
综合了种种的不好我还是刷会2.0.16了。。。

HTC 官方update 好像没有加入电视机effect。
custom ROM 大部分都有了电视机effect。ARHD 的话就要等mike加进去了。
我开始脱离ARHD的行列，加入了mdeejay的vivo sense。

edit: 刚刚看到，ARHD的电视机effect需要自己刷这个补丁

mdeejay 的ROM不是主打分数的。只有1200-1300左右。
我觉得分数用来参考就好。千万别用来做比较。
原装的ROM quadrant 分数有1800左右。
可是现实用的速度却比分数比较低的custom ROM 来的lag 和慢。

最重要是那个ROM的日常performance，和稳定。

有啊。
把电池拔出来，再装回去。然后按vol - 和 power on。
或者把fastboot turn off。然后reboot 按vol — 和 power on。
