国大新调子交流区

haihz , i type in english bah....not so good in typing mandarin
since everyone got no passion for it, wat for forcing themselves for doing it? if the leader really dun have the passion to do it, resign from the post n give the post for those ppl who has passion for it..i think there are still ppl who is with passion in NEWTUNE... better than waste all the effort of the pass LAO REN JIA...

what you said wasn't wrong for all...d fact is the passion in them for NT is really cant see any..but just,what to do,it's already a fact they were the committee of NT,it is not just a simple thing like u said if not suit then just resign and change,things shoudn't be turn out in dis way~~
just try dun give up on them,never give up on NT..if no one giving support or hope for them anymore,who else would give?　we ex-NT ｍｅｍｂｅｒ　lagi should never giving up on any~~

只是想说，自信，真得很重要~~有什么不明白，找senior帮忙。。
任何一个NT senior 都绝对不会袖手旁观的...

一个发表会，需要台前幕后的配合。
我倒觉得台前表演者方面没有必要担心。
要担心的，是幕后的人，因为这些是前期的准备工作。
早早准备，有好的idea就要把握，多方点心思和心机。
没有充分的准备，在小礼堂办也一样会失败，推介礼就是一个很好的例子。。

i agreed with wat u say .... i m not giving up on them..tats y i post comment ma...just ask them where r the passion ? if really dun wan to do it , better quit the post... n choose ppl ...better than let the ppl without passion to do it n end up in a mess

找Senior帮忙当然没有问题。我觉得Senior也很乐意去帮。
不过，同时也有给Senior一个好的交代，让他们帮得也觉得值得。

想不到还有人会关心新调子的存亡。。感动ing。。。但是，光说不做事没用的。。现在已经10月了。。别认为还有很多时间。。。发表会是新调子最大型活动。。需要很多人来站岗不同的位子。。。

就要看有没有人肯牺牲。。想当年为了练歌，帮忙琐碎事务，还真的skip了很多课。。当然，我没说一定要skip课，至少用点心，给点付出，一切做到最好就够了。。。

虽然很多新调子成员当了退休人士，但只要需要他们的帮忙，他们还是会重出江湖。。

怎样都好，还是回到各位理事，各位成员的心。。。用心搞活动，大家一定看得到的。。除了鼓励大家加油，还是加油。。。Fighting!!

我倒是不希望新调子解散。。每个团体都会进入低潮，就跟人一样。。。我曾经试过整个团体只剩下我一个人。。。虽然最后我挽回失败，但是至少尽力就好

我也来顶一下！！我在DECTAR表演了两年。。。 突然间想在幕后帮忙那些年轻的，尽然晴天霹雳收到风，说在DAM.....什么mood都没了，如果是申请不到DECTAR还没话说， 但是是自己不要的！！！！就像david说的， 辛苦了这么久， 表演给400人看？不够人手， 难道不会问senior?我相信他们一定帮的，只要你们开口。。。过去的两年，难道人手够吗？大家还不是撑下去？关键是有没有心，要不要罢了...加油吧
