软件本来是好的，
可是软件很久以前就写下来了，
功能太多，所以才会时常 corrupt
如果重新 写过的话，会算是不错的软件。

不是只可以做两年，而是做2间公司。
例如2011 年的 directory is c:\ubsone\ubsacc\data
after year end system auto create another directory c:\ubsone\ubsacc\data\data2011
then directory c:\ubsone\ubsacc\data  become 2012 data

window xp 的。 UBS VERSION 9.0. smart lock ubs accounting & stock 的。 直接顯示correct smart lock not found.該做什麽尋找呢？？
