The Board of Directors of LYC wishes to announce that the Company is an affected listed issuer under Guidance Note 3 ("GN3 Company") of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") ("Listing Requirements"). The Company has triggered the prescribed criteria pursuant to Rule 8.04 of the Listing Requirements and Rule 2.1(a) of Guidance Note 3 ("GN3") by virtue of the shareholders' equity being less than 25% of the issued share capital based on the Company's latest unaudited financial statements for the financial period ended 31 March 2025.
