BHD. | The Board of Directors of MNC ("Board") wishes to announce that Setara Tech Sdn. Bhd. ("Setara"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MNC, had on 21 May 2025 entered into a Heads of Agreement ("HOA") with Xoomplay Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("Xoomplay") to establish a joint venture company ("JV Company") to explore the business of development and operating digital advertising solution for the ridesharing industry.

| Remarks : | | The change of financial year end from 30 April to 30 June is due to the recent resignation of the Company's Auditors, and additional time is required for the new Auditors to prepare and audit the financial statements of the Group. M N C Wireless Berhad will hereby apply for an extension of time to hold its next Annual General Meeting for the year 2025 and to lodge the Audited Financial Statement with the Companies Commission of Malaysia accordingly. |
