Thanks for the link. Really simplified my checkings on the offmarket deals.

Anyway, just to remind others. The off-market deals listed may not be the real things, the big crocodile may cut a deal some how.

It can be some con job so that we believe that it's real and take the bait so take it as reference but don't give 100% trust.

it can use to track the first signal of syndicate play! Anyway, need to do some homework before jump in like TA analysis! Confirmed the stock is not in the downtrend!
