MPKJ 非法违建厨房

大家好，本人最近打算买2手的双层排屋。卖家的厨房是在自己的范围已经扩建/EXTENSION 完去后面了，可是没有跟MPKJ 申请过任何PERMIT.如果我买了，想要自己合法这个扩建，需要怎么做呢？收费大概是多少呢？

建议你自己去申请可以省很多。价钱我觉得大概几百块而已。

需准备以下资料 ：
a) NRIC
b) S&P
c) Master CF
d) Cukai Taksiran receipt
e) Copy of the standard plan
f) Photo for the front and back of the house with date printed (shall not more than 7 days from the application date)
