如何在celcom的online customer service里取消auto billing?

如题，
根据celcom员工的答复，用户可以在online customer service里取消auto billing。可是在online customer service里，my payment settings下的auto billing里头，却只有update credit card information这个选项，并没有和取消auto billing相关的设置。
请问有谁知道如何在online customer service里cancel auto billing呢？
