window7 开不进sdo

我安装了sdo过后
想登入进去 但是按了start就不见踪影
这是什么问题？

请问你有right click + run as administrator?
或是 right click + properties, Compatibility,run this program in compatibility mode for window xp |

有，我联络customer service 他教了我 right click 还是一样闪退吖 这是为什么 我的电脑型号是window 7
