（吉隆坡23日讯）由于本地投资者的需求强劲，双威（[url=]Sunway Bhd[/url] (Financial Dashboard)）旗下建筑臂膀--双威建筑（[url=]Sunway Construction Group Bhd[/url]）首次公开募股（IPO）的竞标定价（book building）将设定在狭窄区间。

两名不愿具名的消息人士透露，双威建筑新上市价值高端水平为4亿9800万令吉（约1亿3335万美元）。
