Deeply disappointed with our dining experience here tonight. I came with 2 friends and we each ordered a main. It started with an undercooked pork-beef meatballs my friend had ordered. The meatball still had raw bits in the center. We informed a nearby waitress but she wasn't sure what to do and signaled for her waiter buddy to come over. Now, how is it that a server in a restaurant not know what to do when we show them undercooked food? Any server of a proper restaurant would know that they should offer a replacement and send the plate back to the kitchen. Even Murni knows this better. And because of this undercooked meatballs, my other friend and I had already finished our meals and we were only waiting for our friend's replacement. This took about another 15 minutes or so. 15 minutes is way too long to wait for another plate of properly cooked food. And what really ticked us off further was when the manager (chinese dude in shirt) finally came with the fresh plate of meatballs, he simply had it placed on the table and walked away without a word of apology.

Those paid review blogs probably heightened our expectations too much. The food and service didn't deserve to be priced as such. Props for food presentation though.
