个人喜欢Chest Dips...下时身体往前,上时不要lock elbow,不然就会变成triceps Dips。
如果不能做Chest Dips的话,可以做Decline Bench Press~

和你分享一个秘诀...
其实不用每次都跟着人家/书本/网站说的先练incline还是flat最后才chest dips/Decline,可以经常rotate~
加油咯,小的胸部基因特别弱,所以下工夫研究和尝试很多~
方法一:每个星期不同focus
Week 1: Upper Focus (incline first then flat then decline/dips)
Week 2: Overall Focus (flat first then incline then decline/dips)
Week 3: Lower Focus (decline/dips first then incline then flat)
方法二:一个星期两次focus
Monday: Incline + Flat
Friday: Decline + others muscle group (shoulders/tripce/arms)
方法三:Weakness focus (有growth了就可以换routine)
Week 1: Lower Focus
Week 2: Lower Focus
Week 3: Lower Focus

拿selotap贴在胸部, 用permanent marker画一条线就可以了。。。 |
