Maxis 无限制上网配套fr30GB to 4GB..谁中招了?

当初签了无限制上网配套(Unlimited or 30GB ),在不知情下变成4GB.....
天理何在 ??????????

Dear all,
Very smooth discussions are ongoing and positive. Maxis representatives are working hard with me to iron out some finer points of the jointly proposed solution that will hopefully be a win-win outcome.
For now, i sincerely foresee that there will be no need for the collective complaint session tomorow. I will keep all up to date and i expect a final decision solution, at least for some immediate concerns and a short term solution can be reached by 930.

perbincangan dengan wakil wakil Maxis sedang dijalankan dengan lancar. Pihak Maxis juga memberi  kerjasama yang ikhlas dan kami sedang bertingkus lumus utk menyempurnakan cadangan penyelesaian. Saya yakin suatu penyelesaian yg 'menang menang' akan dicapai.
Setakat ini, saya berpendapat tiada perlunya untuk kami berkumpul di Maxis Ipoh esok sepertimana yg telah kami mencadang sebelum ini.
Saya akan kemaskinikan perkembangan terkini kelak. Saya menjangkakan suatu keputusan mutlak sekurang kurangnya penyelesaian jangka pendek dapat dicapai selewat-lewatnya 930 malam nanti, insyaAllah.

This afternoon I met with Maxis representatives to discuss the Biz 68 plan and I am happy to update that I had a fruitful and productive discussion with them. During the discussion, I highlighted your concerns and Maxis presented me with some compelling solutions to address those concerns. Following my feedback, it was identified that the best way forward will require some time to iron out some technical matters, therefore will take a futher week.

I am glad to inform you that Maxis has invited me for a follow-up discussion in Ipoh on 3 March 2014 to mutually conclude on and thereafter finalise the implementation of a positive and long lasting solution for those under contract. Please be informed that Maxis will do their utmost within the contractual framework available to ensure longlasting relationships are maintained with their subscribers. They assure me that they will take utmost considerations into your concerns to ensure that you enjoy the best data experience from them.

In view of this, we will call off the tomorrow’s session at the Maxis centre in Ipoh.

请看回以前的帐单有写Unlimited吗。。??
还是1.5GB x2 或者3GB。。??

其实那个package本来就只有3GB吧了。。。
当初所谓的Unlimited是过了也没有算钱的意思。。(某人说的)

以前我也有拿过。。。
是真正的Corporate Package。。。
在工厂里面申请的,1分钱也不用出。。。
我以前的帐单里是写着1.5GB x2

但在电话里查看usage时是标明着大概是Unlimited Package,No Volume to check。。。

Maxis representatives from Kuala Lumpur came to my office today to put forth their proposed solution for the Biz 68 plan.
During our meeting today, after a great deal of effort on the part of my office as well as Maxis, I was informed that for those who are still on Biz 68 plan contract, Maxis is offering an increased quota of a total 24GB until the contract expires. Meaning, when you reach 24GB (20GB + 4GB), you will experience speed reduction based on the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) mechanism.

I was presented with evidence and information on the fact that there has indeed ALWAYS been a 3GB speed cap on the Biz68, with a fair usage policy (FUP) of a speed cap as soon as the allocated data of 3GB is exceeded. They subsequently increased the quota to 4GB due to feedback and a customer data usage survey. However, this speed reduction was not implemented only until recently as part of their efforts to streamline their data propositions, to ensure more subscribers get a better online experience.

I am convinced and is satisfied that what they presented me is indeed genuine. However I expressed on both occasions of us meeting that a great deal has to be done to monitor and audit ‘agents’ and ‘resellers’ on the frontline who whether in purpose of carelessly withhold information on key points such as the speed cap, data quota and the FUP. I also added sternly that the accountability cannot be pushed to the resellers and agents. They agreed, which is why Maxis has been forthcoming in together working on a solution with me.
They did however, stress that that upon expiry of your contract, the quota upgrade of 20GB will no longer be applicable. You may then choose another data plan that suits your needs, or punish Maxis by choosing better or other packages offered by other Telco operators.

My research on the subject also enlightened me that Fair usage policy (FUP), is indeed a globally accepted practice, which helps battle illegal practices such as film and music piracy activities, which I have come to realise through my own research, is indeed one of the uses of some of the subscribers and abusers of the biz68 plan.

However, I was informed that due to system enhancements that is required, this facility will not be effective until 28 March 2014. I voiced my protestations, though Maxis was apologetic in stating that due to technical reasons, they are unable to make the changes immediately. They have assured me that they are placing the rectification of this as their TOP PRIORITY. I have no choice but to accept.

I believe, though not perfect, this is a solution.

I’d like to stress that the abovementioned offer is not applicable to non-contract customers. Once again, especially for those who have been loyal to Maxis, this is perhaps the right time to revisit your commitment with them and seek a better offer. I have been told however that individual cases will be dealt with individually. Maxis is willing and able to come to a solution most suitable for your individual needs. BUT I STRESS THAT YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO PUNISH MAXIS FOR NOT RECIPROCATING YOUR LOYALTY.

'NEGOTIATING' with the largest TelCO in Malaysia all by myself has not been the easiest thing. I will give credit where it is due, Maxis reps have been very reasonable and courteous. I have done my level best to ensure that your concerns have been addressed in the best possible manner, and I hope that, even if Maxis’ solution may be satisfactory to some and disappointing to other, my efforts have not disappointed you.

I have after all done my very best.

今天,明讯的代表从吉隆坡来到本人的办公室,以讨论关于Biz68配套的解决方案。

在会议当中,我方与明讯方面均非常努力商讨之后,本人被告知,对于那些Biz68配套合约期内的现任用户,明讯将提升你目前的固打至一共24GB直到合约完结为止。意思说,当你的用量达到24GB (20GB+4GB) 时,基于公平使用政策(FUP)的条约,你的网速将会被削减。

在对方呈现给本人的种种证据与信息中表明了一个事实,在Biz68配套中一直存在着一个3GB的公平使用原则(speed cap),意思是当在Biz68的用户网络使用量超过3GB后,在公平使用政策(FUP)下所实施的公平使用原则(speed cap),既削减网速。明讯后来更针对顾客的反映与用量调查,已把3GB的公平使用原则(speed cap)提升至4GB。削减网速的行动更是直至最近为了保持网络通畅,和让新用户有更愉快的上网经验,才实施的一个行动。

本人被说服并同意对方所呈现的一切乃属实。可是,在两次会面当中,本人一再重申,明讯需要认真监察与审核前线的'代理人'与'经销商'有意或无意忽略的资讯,例如固打,公平使用原则(speed cap),和公平使用政策(FUP)。本人更严正声明,此责任不应该推卸到代理人与经销商身上。对方认同这一点,以致明讯愿意千里迢迢来与本人商讨解决方案。同时对方也声明,当你的合约完结后,20GB的固打提升将不再有效。你可以自由选择另一个更适合你的使用方式的配套,或给明讯一个教训,选择其他电讯公司的(更好的)配套。

个人的小小资料搜集显示,公平使用政策(FUP)确是全球通用的措施,特别用于是帮助电影与音乐行业对抗盗版方面,本人也因此明白到此措施的其中一个用途是在某些滥用Biz68配套的用户上。

但是,由于对方需时调整系统,此设施只会在28.03.2014开始生效。本人把抗议成功传达了。在明讯由于技术上的问题,不能立刻作出改变而感到抱歉,并确保他们将此列为优先纠正的问题的情况下,本人别无他选,只好接受。

本人相信,虽不完美,但确是一个解决方案。

再次强调,以上所提及的设施不包括非现任合约限期内的用户。再一次,特别对于明讯的忠实用户,这一次可能是一个好机会让你重新检视你和明讯的合约,从而寻找一个更好的优惠。对于个别的用户们,本人被告知你们的申告将会被个别处理。明讯愿意并可以为你提供一个适合你个人需要的解决方案。但是,在此再一次强调让明讯的忠实用户们知道,你们有一切的权益去惩罚明讯对于忠实用户们所给予的对待方式。

以我个人的力量去与马来西亚最大的电讯公司交涉并不是易事。

我承认到目前为止,明讯公司的代表表现得非常合理和大方。我已经竭尽所能,在所能尽力的范围内去确保你所关注的事项被有效地传达到有关单位。 即使明讯的解决方案并没有办法满足所有的人,但我希望,我所尽的一切努力并没有让你失望。

最后我只能说... 我尽力了。
