I've lodged a complaint to you via email & phone call but without further correspondence I received a SMS from DiGi stating I was awarded with a FREE 888MB data & had to redeem it via sending *200*2*1*1# back to DiGi My credit has been deducted RM 18 & received no 888MB extra data at all I'm a prepaid user with number 01XXXXXXXX I hope you can get back to me as soon as possible

Based from our records, your additional promo quota has been credited into your account. You can check the balance at anytime by dialling *200# from your phone, select the option to 'check quota' then select the option to check quota for 'top-up' not current internet package from the menu

Thanks for the prompt reply. Obviously, you have not answered my question correctly. The data should be FREE, but now RM 18 has been DEDUCTED from my prepaid credit. Will you please double check again.
I've been staying loyal with DiGi for more than 10 years. I genuinely hope it won't disappoint me at all. I deserve my RM 18 prepaid credit back. Thank you.

I received that promo SMS this morning. By that time, my total prepaid credit balance was RM 18.92. After redemption, it's now left RM 0.92 only. Apparently, RM 18 was DEDUCTED for the 888MB data, which means it's not FREE at all. Plus, I never receive any extra RM 18 credit from DiGi at all.
