example:
morning: empty stomach or drink a cup of coffee and char mee hoon/oats (calories = 0-200)
lunch: half cup of rice + some vege/fruits + taufu (calories = 200-400)
dinner: skip or mummy's cooking (calories = 0 - 400) *depend also if got bak kut teh, 猪脚醋, chicken curry then calories wil be higher*
and exercise = calories burnt (100 - 200)
total calories intake = 800 - 1200
这样吃怎样长肉呢?
