The Board of Directors of AHB wishes to announce that the Company’s subsidiary and also a company listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, Duty Free International Limited (“DFIL”) and its subsidiary companies (“DFIL Group”), intends to undergo the following Internal Restructuring Exercise :- a)        DFIL Group intends to undergo an internal reorganisation exercise to restructure its indirect subsidiary, Orchard Boulevard Sdn Bhd (“OBSB”) into a direct subsidiary of DFIL, and to streamline the shareholdings of the various companies within the DFIL Group for more efficient administration; b)        DFIL Group also intends to dispose of about 30% equity interest in its border town and airport businesses (the “Border Town-Airport Business Disposal”) and approximately 70% equity interest in its down town businesses (the “Down Town Business Disposal”) through a disposal of the Border Town-Airport Sale Shares and the Down Town Sale Shares to an unrelated third party, Rebana Kristal Sdn Bhd (the “Purchaser”) (the “Disposals”); and c)        contemporaneous with the Disposals, the current intermediate holding company of the down town, border town and airport businesses, DFZ Capital Berhad (“DFZ”, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DFIL) has on 22 November 2013 subscribed for 10,000 convertible redeemable preference shares (“CRPS”) each in the down town, border town and airport companies, namely Seruntun Maju Sdn Bhd (“SMSB”), Emas Kerajang Sdn Bhd (“EKSB”), DFZ Emporium Sdn Bhd (“DFZE”), Wealthouse Sdn Bhd (“WSB”) and DFZ (M) Sdn Bhd (“DFZM”) (the “CRPS Issue”). 益聯控股向馬證交所報備，2014財年第3季淨賺3559萬令吉，淨利按年微揚0.24%；營業額按年成長2.07%，至2億359萬令吉。

展望前景，該公司通過早前將土地脫售給成功資產（BJASSET，3239，主要板房產），以及將數片土地脫售給Darul Metro私人公司，所以首9月共取得約1億3160萬令吉特別收益。

益聯控股宣佈每股派發20仙股息（中期股息5仙和15仙特別股息），大大推動該股股價，開盤即漲35仙或7.5%，以5令吉高姿態迎戰馬股，休市時，該股收窄漲幅至20仙，報4.85令吉，半日成交量1萬1800股。

（吉隆坡29日訊）益聯控股（ATLAN，7048，主要板工業）截至2月底2014財年全年淨賺2億643萬令吉，按年暴漲超越1倍。

益聯控股向馬證交所報備，2014財年淨利按年勁揚171%，至2億643萬令吉；營業額按年跌3.3%，達7億6562萬令吉。

至于該公司末季淨利按年起27%至1927萬令吉，營業額則按年下滑1.3%至2億1083萬令吉。

根據報備文件，該公司汽車業務營業額比去年低，主要因為客戶訂單減少，但房產業務營業額成長，因為本季度房屋成交值提高，及辦公樓和酒店入住率增長。

（吉隆坡17日讯）益联控股（ATLAN，7048，主板工业股）建议私下配售3804万7500股新股，或佔缴足资本的15%。        

根据文告，益联控股截至5月28日的缴足资本为2亿5365万零409令吉，或2亿5365万零409股。在完成私下配售后，该公司的缴足资本將增至2亿9169万7909令吉，或2亿9169万7909股。

另外，截至5月28日的公眾持股为3626万8591股或14.29%，在完成私下配售后，將增至7431万6091股或25.48%。

按每股参阅发售价4.18令吉计算，益联控股预测，私下配售將筹得1亿5904万令吉，其中5800万令吉偿还借款、9803万9000令吉则作为公司营运资本，剩余的300万令吉用作支付私下配售开销。

（吉隆坡16日訊）益聯控股（ATLAN，7048，主要板工業）受汽車及房產與酒店業務低獲利拖累，截至5月底首季淨利大跌93%。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，首季營業額雖微跌，從上財年同期的1億7685萬令吉下滑至1億7657萬令吉，但淨利卻從1億4695萬令吉，大跌至1086萬1000令吉。

（吉隆坡18日讯）益联控股（ATLAN，7048，主板工业产品股）以824万令吉，脱售Seven Wonders of The World私人有限公司100%股权，予公司主席兼非独立非执行董事拿督斯里亚当山尼。

根据文告，这项脱售子公司决定，是配合专注于产业发展、酒店和免税贸易和零售业务的发展策略，同时也是释放投资价值的机会。

完成交易后，公司将把收益的794万令吉作为营运资本，余额则是该交易的费用。

资料显示，Seven Wonders of The World核心业务为产业投资，但自2012年3月买入伦敦具备家具的住宅单位后，并没有其他资产。【南洋网财经】

業務改善‧益聯控股次季淨利倍增

（吉隆坡14日訊）受各業務部門表現改善推動，益聯控股（ATLAN,7048,主板工業產品組）截至2014年8月31日止第二季淨利按年大漲123.1%至1千零30萬5千令吉。

不過，上半年淨利按年下跌86.03%至2千116萬6千令吉，主要因前期比較基礎被一次性資產脫售賺益推高。

派息10仙
在第二吉隆坡國際機場（KLIA2）新分店開幕的支持下，第二季營業額按年略增0.5%至1億7千522萬7千令吉，上半年營業額則微漲0.17%至3億5千180萬令吉。

另外，益聯控股亦宣佈派發每股10仙單層中期股息，10月28日除權。

該公司發文告指出，免稅產品業務因市場競爭帶動特定產品需求而走高，KLIA2新分店在今年7月開幕也該記上一功，惟汽車業務營業額因訂單減少而下滑。

“不過，盈利層面而言，各部門表現大多有所改善，免稅品和產業與住宿業務盈利有所成長，汽車業務更轉虧為盈，加上投資控股虧損收窄，使第二季業績淨利向好。”（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡14日讯）益联控股（ATLAN，7048，主板工业产品股）截至2014年11月杪第3季净利录得1066万令吉或每股盈利4.2仙，按年急挫70.06%，上财年同期为3560万令吉。

同期营业额则按年下滑13.68%，报1亿7573万令吉，上财年同期为2亿359万3000令吉。

累计首9个月，公司净利锐减83%至3182万令吉；营业额则跌4.91%，至5亿2753万令吉。
