微科2送1红股 派息0.7仙

（吉隆坡19日讯）微科（MIKROMB，0112，创业板）建议派息每股0.7仙，并以2送1方式，派送9394万3100红股。

微科向马交所报备，建议为截至今年6月杪财年，派发7%终期单层股息，除权日与享有权益日待定。

另外，公司也建议从股票溢价户头、保留盈利，以及子公司股息中，取940万令吉，作为红股派送股东。

截至去年6月杪2013财年已审计财报，股票溢价户头和保留盈利分别只有70万令吉和590万令吉，少于计划拨出的940万令吉。

因此，子公司将贡献300万令吉中期单层股息。

微科指，发送红股是为了回馈股东的支持，同时也是吸引更多投资者目光的策略。【南洋网财经】

券商唱好盈利佳賺幅高 微科MSC交投活絡

（吉隆坡28日訊）微科MSC（MIKROMB，0112，創業板科技）2005年底上市以來幾乎名不見經傳，獲利卻保持全勝紀錄，賺幅高達20%且持有淨現金，分析師認為是一家表現令人激賞的創業板公司。

受消息帶動，微科MSC今早開市揚3仙，掛45仙，過后股價一度走高至47.5仙水平，休市時揚3.5仙，掛45.5仙，午盤漲幅再收窄，閉市時揚1.5仙至43.5仙水平；該股今日交投熱烈，總成交量達1019萬8100股。

肯納格證券研究分析師在報告中指出，鮮少聽聞微科MSC消息，近期才開始交投趨熱。

“該股2005年底上市，不過由于規模太小，少有投資者注意。該公司每年淨利高達數百萬令吉，並從2005財年220萬令吉增至上財年560萬令吉，賺幅亦接近20%，並且持有淨現金。”

該公司主要業務為設計及生產分銷電力儀器，產品銷售至國內外工程，除了本地主要工程如機場，新加坡地鐵、多哈機場等亦是客戶，35%產品出口至14個國家。

“該公司上財年淨利已突破500萬令吉，今年料再創新猶，上半年淨利已達420萬令吉，前景備受保證。”

分析師指出，由于曾供應相關電力產品予新加坡地鐵，相信欲取得本地捷運工程及輕快鐵延長工程中的項目並不難。

“根據過去紀錄，相信該公司本財年將派發1仙股息，相等于2%至3%股息率，不過暫時不給予微科MSC投資評級及合理價格。”【中国报财经】
