PNE製造向馬證交所報備指出，瑞士信貸集團是于7月31日通過開放市場，認購374萬5000股，相等于5.69%股權。

于1976年成立的電板製造商PNE製造也有出口產品

The Board of Directors of PNE is pleased to inform that the Company had on 13 May 2015 acquired two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the share capital of Lebar Nilai Development Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1141593-A) ("LNDSB"), representing 100% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of LNDSB, at a total consideration of RM2.00 ("the Acquisition"). Upon completion of the Acquisition, LNDSB became a wholly-owned subsidiary of LNDSB. LNDSB was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 22 April 2015 with an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 divided into 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which two (2) ordinary shares have been issued and fully paid-up. LNDSB has not commenced any business operation since incorporation and the intended principle acitivty of LNDSB will be property development, construction and property investment. The Acquisition is in line with the expansion strategy of PNE to venture into property development industry. The Acquisition does not have any material effect on the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of PNE for the financial year ending 30 September 2015. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of PNE and/or persons connected to them, have any interest, direct or indirect in the Acquisition.
