Puchong - Bake with YeX boss BAD service

This fellow is Puchong Bake with YeX boss, and his attitude terribe BAD!!
Chase customer out from shop and requested the manager NO NEED TO BOTHER me...
The incident is like this :
19/8  i visited to the shop at 7pm. Unfortunately the "CLOSED" tag was shown and i still saw ppl inside. I just open n peep see anyone inside because wanna ask whether they have sell mould for mooncake or not.
Who knows this fellow kept on said close, close, close... Then pull the roller shutter n left me at out side.

My husband so knocked the door n said: sir, we just want to ask some thing but he pretend did not hear. So my husband was very angry and opened his roller door n talked to him. We just need to ask something, why u react this way?

He also act like nothing, kept on said: close.. Close... Close.... Did ur company open 24 hours? My husband replied : yes. He dun care n pushed my husband out.

We were so angry and left, just don understand y he behave this way? What is the problem out there?

Next day, i purposely go n see him again. He was not there, then the manager said will ask boss call me back if i got any complaint. That time, he just back from lunch. I told the manager, he is the one! Who knows the answer i get from the manager is : he is the BOSS!

OMG! He is the boss??!!

He came infront me n asked me in good way, what is the problem, so i anwer him in good way also, said : i wanna make complaint... But, u know what he said? This blady fellow said, just complaint la, then asked the manager NO NEED TO BOTHER HER, LET HER BE!!

WHAT? THIS IS SO CALLED BOSS'S ATTITUDE?  Sumore treaten me said he going to make police report if i still in his shop ....

I really get MAD!! If not becos lunch time and also i need to rushing for meeting, fir sure i wil attend him with police report...

Here just sharing my BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PUCHONG BAKE WITH YEN SDN. BHD.

不客气，他的态度实在是太太太差了！
简直不可理喻。最气人的是，他竟然叫他的员工不用理我！！
真是不要明白他在想什么？
