Wednesday :
今天练 Shoulders:
dynamic stretch = 3 minutes
Stepper warm up = 5 minutes
Dumbbell Shoulders Press = 1 x feel set 8reps, 1x working set 8reps, 1x Failure set 6reps (rp) 加重 1rep (rp) 1 rep (rp) 1 rep.
Dumbbell Side raises = 1 x feel set 1x failure set 8 (rp) 加重 1rep (rp) 1 rep (rp) 1 rep.
Dumbbell rear delt raises = 1 x feel set 1x failure set 8 (rp) 加重 1rep (rp) 1 rep (rp) 1 rep.
Barbell Shrug = 1 x fell set, 1x Failure set 10 (rp) 加重 1rep (rp) 1 rep (rp) 1 rep.
全部我用tempo 4-0-4-1

Thursday - Back
Dynamic stretch - 3 minutes

Straight arm pulldown - 1x feel set 1x failure set 8 (rp) 加重 1rep (rp) 1rep (rp) 1rep.
Dumbbell rows - 1feel set 1x failure set 8 same as above.
Cable rows - 1 feel set 1x failure set 6 same as above.
Wide grip pull down - 1 feel set 1x failure set 6 same as above.
Hyper extension - 1 feel set 1x failure set 10 same as above.
tempo 4-0-2-1
30 分钟收工。 |

可以解释下吗。
没问题。
exp: dumbbell row tempo 4-0-2-1
4= eccentric(4秒慢下dumbbell)0= bottom( dumbbel 在下面没有停)2-concentric (用2秒举起dumbbell) 1=isometric (1秒dumbbell 停在上面)

Friday - arms
Dynamic stretch- 3 minutes
Stepper warm up - 5 minutes
Cable biceps curls - 1x feel set 1x failure set 8 (rp) 加重 1rep (rp) 1rep (rp) 1rep
One arm dumbbell preacher curl - same as above
Cable triceps push down - same as above
Triceps extension - same as above
Weighted hanging legs raises - 3x 12 reps ( 重量我刚好能做12下)
Plate Russian twist - 3x 12 reps
30 minutes done . |
