参阅价1.8亿 TAHPS冀购Yee Seng种植

（吉隆坡12日讯）TAHPS集团（TAHPS ，2305，主板产业股）建议、向大股东Equiharvest私人有限公司购入Yee Seng种植私人有限公司的99.99%股权，收购参阅价为1亿800万令吉。

Equiharvest通过清盘师同意脱售这150万股予TAHPS集团，基于大股东的身份，这项交易属于相关人士交易活动。

Yee Seng种植目前持有约2012公顷的种植土地于登嘉楼甘马挽，以及2023公顷农业土地于登嘉楼龙运。

这项收购还需要精实稽查，收购参阅价则将根据实际调查结果作出调整。

这个参阅价是根据Yee Seng种植截至7月31日的土地价值预计。

这项收购建议将提供TAHPS集团良机多元化本身的产业发展活动，并扩展其现有的种植业务，以及估计可达成协同效应，若顺利进行这项收购建议，公司将通过内部基金来进行收购计划。

（吉隆坡7日訊）亞逸依淡種植（TAHPS，2305，主要板房產）上財年淨利按年勁增2倍，建議全年派息35仙，待股東在年度大會上通過。

截至今年3月底，該公司上財年全年淨利從1470萬令吉，按年增2倍至4638萬令吉，營業額則按年增90%至9845萬令吉。

該公司上財年末季淨利亦增1倍至1016萬令吉，不過營業額微跌6.8%至1470萬令吉。

亞逸依淡種植向馬證交所報備指出，建議全年派息35仙，將在來臨的第103屆股東大會上，尋求股東通過；該公司主要業務為房地產發展及種植。【中国报财经】

5月份前價位不超過7.50令吉的亞逸依淡種植，今日以11令吉開跑，即揚升10仙，隨后節節攀升，休市暫掛在11.26令吉，勁揚36仙；半日成交量達7萬7800股。
　
該股午盤再發威，閉市以全日最高水平11.44令吉掛收，猛漲54仙或4.95%，為十大上升股冠軍，並創下52週新高水平，全日有11萬6800股易手。
　
相比上週五閉市價8.70令吉，該股按週起2.74令吉或31.5%。

（吉隆坡5日訊）向來交投淡靜的阿逸依淡膠（TAHPS,2305,主板產業組），近期突然殺出重圍，股價節節攀升，週四（5日）再強勢上漲9%，為全場最大漲幅股。

該股先以10令吉報開，一路走高至11令吉後稍微回調，終場以10令吉90仙掛收，全日飆升90仙或9%，不過成交量僅13萬4千700股。

阿逸依淡膠今年迄今的股價已上漲91.23%，該股在短時間內走挺，主要因投資者看好該公司，並給予正面的評價，再加上最近宣佈派發的股息高達每股35仙，更受青睞。有關股息將於6月30日除權。

阿逸依淡膠最新業績良好，截至2014年3月杪的第四季淨利自前期的503萬令吉倍增至1千零16萬令吉，加上旗下不少土地未進行重估價值以及可供發展產業，同時手上擁有充裕現金，也令該股受到追捧。

不過其股本僅7千485萬股，令股票流通量受限制，該公司的公眾持股為1千713萬股或相等於22.89%股權。（ 星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡6日讯）TAHPS集团（TAHPS，2305，主板产业股）今天接获马交所的“不寻常交易”（UMA）质询，集团对过去一周价量齐声的理由，表示不知情。

TAHPS集团在闭市后回应马交所质询，称近期公司没有未公布的企业活动，也没有听闻任何谣言，所以不知道近期股价为何走升。

TAHPS集团股价从5月中开始走升，5月杪更显著涨升。

该股过去一周从9令吉扬升至11令吉的水平，成交量也从数不到一万股，暴增至逾10万股。

TAHPS集团今天闭市更冲破11令吉大关，以最高水平11.44令吉挂收，全天上扬54仙或4.95%，成交量高达11万6800股。

相比5月中股价，TAHPS集团迄今已涨升超过41%。

TAHPS集团2014财年净利大涨2.15倍，达到4637万8000令吉；营业额则扬升90%，达到9844万5000令吉。

总值100亿 TAHPS发展武吉蒲种城镇

（吉隆坡23日讯）TAHPS集团（TAHPS，2305，主板产业股）计划在武吉蒲种发展总值100亿令吉的城镇计划，并预计在11月公布相关发展蓝图。

这项发展计划将是混合产业计划，将包括商业单位、住宅城镇及服务式公寓等。

总执行长陈成财今天在股东大会后向记者说，集团的地库大多数集中在武吉蒲种，上述地皮将可供公司使用10年。

目前，由于房市放缓，集团仍不确定推介手上3项产业发展计划的时间，胥视市场市况而定。

这3项产业计划坐落于武吉蒲种，分别为公寓与别墅、小型家庭办公室（SOHO）以及店屋，总发展总值为6亿令吉。

“我们还不知何时推出这3项计划，不过，希望下半年会至少推介其中一项。”

持1.32亿现金

他说，目前房产的投资型市场及高档市场皆面对严峻挑战，不过，可负担房屋的市场仍表现不错。

目前，集团拥有1.32亿令吉的净现金，零负债率，这些现金将充作储备金，以及种植业务的土地开发及翻种费用。

他说，集团在彭亨及登嘉楼州拥有大约5000英亩的油棕园丘，其中有很多是年迈的油棕树，需要翻种，同时也在登嘉楼巴昔拉惹区拥有5004英亩的未开发土地，集团打算开发这片土地种植油棕树。

产业发展是TAHPS集团的主要业务，贡献90%营业额，其余10%则是种植与其他业务。
