Service Technician/ engineer

Responsibilities:

       
•         Knowledgeable        in keyphone programming (PABX) and VoIP/ Computer networking
  
  

       
•         Carry        out installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting of        Telecommunications equipments ( ATA, AutoDialer, PABX, IP-PBX)
•         Possess        experience in telephone wiring and network cabling.
•         Able        to handle fault-finding assistance promptly on software &        hardware issue via phone and on-site
•         Take        care of routine and scheduled IT related jobs
•         Must        possess own transport and familiar        and able to travel around Klang Valley & Petaling Jaya
  
  

Requirements:

       
•         Candidate        must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O"        Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate        Diploma, Engineering, Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering        (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
•         Required        skill(s): IP-PBX & PABX installation and troubleshooting,        computer troubleshooting hardware and software, network cabling and        installation, Telecommunication, VoIP
•         Required        language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese,        English
•         Preferably        Junior Executivesspecializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities &        Machinery) or equivalent
