- kitchen with build in cabinet for both, ie: top & bottom cabinet and cabinet for refrigerator and oven.
- grille for whole house
remarks: all the build in cabinet you can choose the color scheme to match to your taste.

Now our promotion package are as below :
- RM 18,000.00 cash rebate on 10% down payment with 2 parking lot
OR RM 8,000.00 cash rebate on 10% down payment with 1 parking lot

我好奇怎么那么久还有单位？
会不会发展商有问题？

简直是=Perfect! 根本就不需要装修就可以直接搬进去住了，也许‘内有乾坤’，所以没人买？

一个BLOCK 才76 个单位太少了, 以后的管理费会很高.

P'residen Apartment 不错，
隔壁就是国际学校。。。去CIQ也只需10多分钟吧了。。。很方便
而且Permas 有Jusco, 够买日常生活用品很方便。
至于治安嘛，Apartment 有保安，治安没什么问题。
而且Apartment只有76个单位，住户比较少，相比之下没那么复杂。
发展商没有问题。他们一直都有在建，相信明年中或年尾就可以完工。
据我所知剩下的单位不多，
剩下几个单位未销售是因为有些申请者无法获得贷款，只好放弃购买。

我住这里20多年了，没听过，也没看过也。
我只懂Taman Molek 会这样子，而且还上报。
