hong leong为什么这样hold住我的钱？？

我是用着eon的debit card在泰国ATM提钱三年多都没问题。。就在5月3号eon online banking开始不能用,要转去hong leong connect我的卡就开始出现问题了。

在曼谷的atm提钱,但无法提出钱，ATM提示要联络银行。我还以为是ATM有问题再换其他ATM 试，结果还是一样。
就打电话进hong leong客服问，他们告诉我现在用debit card在国外提钱的话，不可以选择saving account 要选择credit card来提钱，
我又再试，但结果还是一样，出现错误，要我联络银行。
奇怪的就是，就算出现错误而无法提钱。 我还是会收到银行来的讯息告知我已经从我户口扣除钱了。

我再打一次电话到客服询问原因时，他们给我的答案竟然是不知道为什么我的卡会出现错误而不能提钱，真是给他们气死。
但我问我的余额还剩多少时，真的是心脏都会给他们吓倒跳出来，因为我前前后后打了快20次到客服吧，每次给我的答案都不一样的。。
第一个告诉我余额剩20000， 第二个是15000，第三个一开始告诉我2000，之后又说17000。怎么会这样。

到今天在问银行余额10000，还有20000++被银行hold住，问客服他们说不知道为什么，要我问回当时我开户口的分行，好吧，我打，结果还是一样，不知道为什么会被hold.

已经两个星期了，有谁知道到底是什么事吗/

被hold 的钱几时能拿回来？

厄，总不可以把我们的钱也弄到乱水吧。

试一试去 Bank Negara Malaysia 投诉，Hong Leong 应该会立刻帮你处理吧

钱只是暂时被hold着，可以拿回的，但已经对这银行失去信心了

我曾经用hl的debit卡在马来西亚的别家atm提钱
结果提不到,机器显示我的存款不够,我傻眼
我里面有几万,只是提六百买东西都不行
我就去别家的atm在安一次,结果没问题
问题在于两天后,我查账少了六百,那边表明我提款出来
我的卡每天只能按1千,最后我拿了那台显示不够现金的收据去吵
也报警备案,也投诉,也闹过很多部门上级
一年的今天,我还是没拿回我的六百

因為EON轉賬卡/預付卡已經全部都不能用了，所有持有者必須去HLB轉換成他們的轉賬卡，樓主沒收到HLB的通知麼？
以下這個是給EON預付卡者的通告：

Notification on the discontinuation of Prepaid Cards ("Cards" that was issued by former-EON Bank Berhad.

Please be informed that the payment and transaction instruments of the following Cards will remain valid until 18 January 2012.

    MyCoop
    Masmo
    MOL Freedom
    MOL PayPal - The Digital Card
    MATTA
    Pavilion
    JBCS
    Berinda
    Ponderosa

After this date, the Cards will be discontinued and existing customers will no longer be able to use the Card for payment and transaction purposes. We encourage Card customers to utilize the remaining balance on the Card before 18 January 2012 . Alternatively, customers may request for a refund on the balance amount by contacting our Customer Service at 03-2616 1133 . The refund will only be credited into a Hong Leong Savings or Current Account.

After 18 January 2012, the Card will be cancelled and the credit balance in the Card will be classified as unclaimed moneys.

*Please note that no new issuance and/or replacement Cards shall be issued for faulty, lost or stolen Cards after 12 August 2011 EXCEPT for:

    MOL Freedom (until 30 September 2011)
    MOL PayPal – The Digital Card (until 30 September 2011)
    JBCS (until 31 October 2011)

我也是很怕遇到這種問題，所以鏈接着儲蓄戶口的轉賬卡我是不會拿來大消費的，只當ATM卡使用而已。
消費的話我通常使用那種沒鏈接儲蓄戶口的預付卡，譬如那星期要預計花費多少錢才放多少錢進去，這樣就不會隨便被扣過頭了。

最快解決方式就是關掉Ho LAN bank（嘔懶銀行)
