我的估价表有贵到吗？

小妹在振林山的家要进行装修了。找到了装修商， 但又担心会被砍菜头。只好请各位大大帮我看看这个估价表有贵到吗？
我的小小家built-up area只有900sft 左右。


车房：
-Concrete flooring with BRC A8 (16’ x 18’)                                                 RM 2,300.00
-Build a new fencing wall with skim coat finish.    (W43' x H5')                    RM 2,300.00

-30cm x 60cm floor tiles with skirting.     （   21’ x 18’）                                           RM 3,400.00
-Build a new gate pillar with later box.           ( W17xD16xH6)    3 nos                       RM 1,600.00
- Plumbing.              (Tap)                                                                                         RM   300.00



客 厅：

-To extend loving room 11'x 18' build a ground beam concrete slab with water proofing        RM  5,900.00
  wall with skim coat finish

我现在这个装修老不错一下, 工做到美美,用料够够,价钱又公道, 家里做后还帮屋主扫到干干净净,又不会慢, 我和太太在新加坡做工没时间去看工, 可是装修到要好了都没有手尾,也不会装修到一肚子气.装修老还快过我屋主....
