芙蓉屋子的价值

我是雪隆人,打算在bandar sri sendayan 买RM330K的双层排屋,可是我的芙蓉朋友说芙蓉的屋子没有什么价值,升值空间不大。330k 在芙蓉可以买bungalow,不值得花这笔钱买双层排屋,请问她说的话可信吗? |

我也是这样想。。。
芙蓉的屋子被炒到酱高,好像很不化算。。
除非你要自己住,而且很喜欢那屋子与周围。。 不然,330千真的很不化算。 |

seremban house price is increasing... 330k cannot get a bungalow, unless is a very very far location... if near to the town area, sure cannot get... double storey house is around 260k to 350k... depends the sizes, and location... |

4,5 年前的double storey house 才RM150k till RM170K 吧了,现在高到...... |

可以把..主要看你要哪一区..像是sikamat那里的seri penaga 3 的bungalow的单层就330k可以买到了..如果选择S2的bungalow当然不止这个价钱了.. |

depends on the location and the design also... if design not good, or the environment not good, how cheap also no use... i dun like stay in "malay kampung" or "india kampung"... haha... |

yalor, can you share ur view, why Bandar Sri Sendayan not good... this area is under develop, and i think / i believe it will become second S2 in the near future... coz very big area, many houses, shop lots, schools... |

市场上有太多的旧区因为新区的发展被边缘化了。。。
房屋真的过剩了
supply>demand 但是为什么price还会越来越高
因为很多人买来炒。。。
自己想想。。。马来西亚真的有酱多人住??
在sban一间doublestoreyterrace要300k?
有空去些旧区跑跑。。看看到底有几间屋子是空的 |

听说KL工作的人很多在seremban买屋子了,因为KL屋子太贵,大部分的人都来买seremban屋子,所以价钱越炒越高了... |
