如何用 Flash 来 create, write 和 read text file？(stand alone exe)

请问大家，你们如何用 Flash 来 create, write 和 read text file 呢？
是不是用 Flash actionscript build-in 的 function ?(好像没有 )
还是用 third party？（那个好用？）
我目前要做的是 standalone / exe 的 flash

create + write 单靠flash是不行的，需要一些可以直接access root的language （不要问我那一种 ）
