没记错 gmail 是有这个功能的

hotmail 如果不能 auto forward，不用紧， gmail 可以 pop 它

我用过Gmail Backup，可以备份和还原(硬盘 .eml --> Gmail, Gmail --> 硬盘 .eml）。

.eml可以使用Outlook Express打开的。
