In the Western countries,it is a common practice for the young to leave home at an early age to work elsewhere and pursue their careers.Elderly parents are left to look after themselves or move into homes for the elderly.In the eastern countries,however,parents in their old age are generally expected to be cared for by the children or family members,But this trend is changing as more and more old people are being sent to nursing homes or old folks' homes by their children.

a)From a critical standpoint,do you think that children should care for their parents at home and not send them off to nursing homes for the elderly their old age?

b)would you yourself send your aged parents or other family members who have taken care of you to nursing homes or care for them at home?
