Kintaman A'Villa Phase 3 今天 launch, outlook design 22' x 77' 会跟 22' x 75' 一样, 22' x 75' floor plan  有少许变更

以下是PHASE 3 的 package .
1) 5% discount from the Confirm Price2) Free SPA Legal Fee
3) Free MOT

all drop out units in phase 1 & 2 will go according to the below package.

Drop Out Units for Phase 1
1) Free Spa Legal Fee Only
2) The Confirm selling price will no longer entitle for the 10% discount.

ie) 20 x 60 : RM 278,000 (no more 10% discount)

Drop Out Units for Phase 2

1) 5% discount from the Confirm Price
2) Free SPA Legal Fee
3) Free MOT

Selling price will go according to Phase 3 pricing instead of phase 2
例子: 22 x 75 phase 2 价钱: RM381,800 but after drop out it will go according to phase 3 pricing which is : RM 388,800 (with 5% discount).

For phase 3, there is no reservation not even 1 day, whoever submit the cheque 1st will secure the unit.

Once booking, within 14 days have to sign for S&P
