帮助老板管理一间公司， 薪水太少

I have been working as HR for the past 11 years.
One day, my boss requested to take up a role to run a company due to the MD has just resigned. I have to work as HR Group MGR and run the business that brings in millions of dollars per year.

你也应该知道， MD 的salary少少也有几十千的。
But, my company did not give me even 1 cent to take up this role.

Maybe people say i'm stupid but because i have plan for my next 7 years. I agree.
After 1 year, i know how to run a business, i know running a business i not so difficult.

Do you think you can have the opportunity to run a business by walking into a company and ask so?
So, my personal opinion is, if you think you still can survive with this RM1.5k, then give yourself a chance to learn how to run a business.
