请问中了PN17的公司，给多少时间重组呢？

Gula Perak 中了PN17 at 13 May 2010, 我想问的是中了PN17的company， 是给多少时间重组? 假如在限期内不能完成重组，那可不可以再延迟呢，如Gula Perak 中了PN17 at 13 May 2010, 快要一年了，会不会停牌呢？

GPB hereby announce that the Board of Directors have appointed a provisional liquidator pursuant to Section 255 (1) of the Companies Act 1965 having made a statutory declaration (Form 65A) which has been lodged with the Registrar and with the Official Receiver as the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that meetings of the Company have been summoned for a date within one month of the date of the declaration.

(a)                 The provisional liquidator was appointed on 11 May 2011.

(b)                 Mr Chang Chee Ching of Unit No 1128, 11th Floor, Block A, Damansara Intan, No. 1 Jalan SS20/27, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor shall be the provisional liquidator

(c)                 Given that the Company has not been able to secure any agreement to a regularization plan for the Company given that it is in PN17, particularly with the major Redeemable Convertible Secured Note Holders and the Syndicated Term Loan lenders, the Company believed that its liabilities far exceeds its ability to continue its business and as such, under a creditors’ voluntary winding up, made the statutory declaration in order to preserve the Company’s assets for the eventual repayment and settlement of liabilities.

(d)                 The provisional liquidator shall have and may exercise the functions and powers of a liquidator.

(e)                 The appointment of the provisional liquidator will not have a major impact on the Group’s business as the provisional liquidator is appointed only at the Company, which is an investment holding company.

(f)                   All activities and businesses of the Company shall cease and the provisional liquidator shall take over the powers of the Board of Directors.   The appointment of the provisional liquidator is to maintain the status quo of the Company.

(g)                 As this is a voluntary winding up, the steps taken by the Company is to appoint the liquidator

(h)                 The Board of Directors will relinquish their powers as directors which will be assumed by the Provisional Liquidator.

老早就宣布没有能力还债了。

这样的股不是10变1粒，20变1粒，30变1粒就是100变1粒。

就是你现在如果有RM10k的话重组后就是剩下100块。
你的9.9k进入他们的口袋了。
