被骗签购上网配套

我英语不好，国文更差，要email去投诉。 帮忙，我要如何/到那里投诉！！
我在乡下的妹妹被骗了，之前校方有个什么Pakej Komputer 1Malaysia Program，
妹妹得到电脑，却糊里糊涂的签了一个 tmnet 的上网配套，但乡下真的太山芭了，连接不了，但收费单却准时寄到。
我大家提供一些投诉局的email 网址让我CC 过去。
我email 到 help@tm.com.my 投诉：他们回复：竟然在打广告！！

Merujuk kepada e-mel anda bertarikh 23hb Mac 2011 mengenai aduan terhadap pakej Komputer 1Malaysia Program, kami memohon maaf maaf di atas segala kesulitan yang dialami oleh pihak anda pada ketika ini. Seperti e-mel yang telah dihantar sebelum ini, sila maklum bahawa terdapat dalam 10,000 lokasi untuk Streamyx Zone di seluruh negara untuk digunakan oleh pelanggan-pelanggan pakej ini. Walaubagaimanapun, sekiranya lokasi Streamyx Zone tersebut terletak jauh dari kawasan kediaman, sila maklum untuk mengunjungi Pusat Jalur Lebar Komuniti terdekat dengan kawasan anda untuk membuat aduan. Alamat untuk Pusat Jalur Lebar Komuniti terhampir di kawasan anda adalah seperti di bawah.
Pusat JXXXXXXXX, Bangunan XXXX Dun XXX, X7500 XXXXt, XXXXXXXX.
Untuk pengetahuan pihak anda, kami ingin menyarankan agar anda melanggan Pakej Jimat Hebat untuk memudahkan anda melayari Internet Streamyx di kediaman dengan kadar yang berpatutan.
Pakej Jimat Hebat yang ditawarkan:
1. Streamyx 384k (had kepada 30 jam penggunaan) : RM20
2. Streamyx 384k (penggunaan tanpa had) : RM38
Sekiranya anda berminat untuk melanggan pakej tersebut, sila rujuk alamat Pusat XXXXXXX seperti di atas untuk penerangan lanjut.

I am very disappointed on the email you reply, you are not helping the user to source out the issue and even worst, you try to promote your package. What a poor service!
As your email dated 20 February," pihak anda kata isu ini telah ajukan kepada pihak yang berkenaan untuk tindakan lanjut" , but no action is taken.
In the email below, you are not answering my query, you try to push me to another party. Since current location unable to connect to the service, what the hell you promote me another package.
Pakej Komputer 1Malaysia Program, what the hell is that? Is it a scam or cheat? One of the way your company cheat money? Why you approved the application before you check/confirm the applicant's location is able to connect your service?
I dont think my sister is the only victims, some of her friend unable to use the service but have to pay the bills every months, is not fair to us, as a user pay for nothing! Is it the way goverment treat their people? Is it the intention to create this stupid called "Pakej Komputer 1Malaysia Program"?
Kindly please response accordingly. Dont piss off me anymore! |

时常上不到网是正常，只能投诉到上到为止或做revert package，如果你这样可以上诉成功那我们全大马人民的投诉算什么
还有，他骗你什么？骗的定义时？ |

你这个投诉不到的哦，因为 Streamyx Zone 是 TM 指定的地方可以用自己的户口上网
马来西亚有10000 个 Zone, 多数地区如 Shopping Center / KFC / Mcdonald / PizzaHut 等地区才是他们的 Zone
在哪个地区可以登录自己的 Streamyx Account
如果是你妹的家里用电话线不能上网，那么就可以直接投诉的。因为 Streamyx 是要连接电话线才上网的
Streamyx Zone 只是让你到指定地点才能上的

答应大家要放上后续，觉得根本咬他们不下。。。无言，真想叫妹妹把电脑退还他们，那电脑真是太小架了，加上当时没清楚说明下（说是送的）被骗了。

Thank you for your reply.
With regards to your e-mail on Komputer 1Malaysia Program package, please be informed that our personnel Ms. Nurashyiken did escalated the issue to the respective department for further action. Therefore, on 25th February 2011 our personnel Mr. Wildan Bin Sulaiman have sent the e-mail to you to clarify on the issue.
For your information, Komputer 1Malaysia Program package is a programme which TM is collaborating with MCMC and 9 selected netbook partners. TM is responsible to deliver Broadband package via WiFi 384kbps to 84,000 broadband customers at 168 Community Broadband Center (CBC) in selected areas. This programme will enable customers to access Unlimited Broadband at public areas, for example at Streamyx Zone locations and at 168 Community Broadband Center (CBC) nationwide.
The list of customers is provided by MCMC and registration for Streamyx WiFi will be handled by TM appointed reseller for this package. As for the netbook distribution, it will be delivered to the customers reseller via events organized at local CBC?s.
Below are the list of package offering under Komputer 1Malaysia Program:
- Streamyx WIFI (1 Streamyx Zone ID) with Netbook at RM 25/monthly.
- Minimum contract period is 12 months.
- For the first 6 months customer is required to pay RM11.20/month and shall continue to pay with RM25/month from 7th months onwards.
- For termination within contract period, customer will be charged at RM600 for administrative fee.
- TM reserves the right to identify the type of Netbook that will be received by customer.
- Netbook warranty will be 12 months. The After Sales Support for netbooks will be performed by the netbook partners.
Should you have other complaint pertaining on this package, you may walk in to the nearest CBC for further checking as mentioned in the previous e-mail. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

就因为没有streamyx zone...投诉不下的啦. rm25 还好啦，12个月而已。当作买台netbook来读书咯，一来netbook 不能玩游戏，可以安心让她读书啊。她可以不时到mcdonal , kfc 用wifi的嘛. 还有宿舍如果有wifi也可以用啊。
还有Netbook当然小台啦。又不是notebook.
netbook 用完12个月，netbook是你妹的还是要退还？这我不清楚哦 |

我很好奇你是在投诉什么??? 那个Streamyx Zone 我给你地点可以连接得~~ Streamyx Zone不是说给你在家里用得，是给你在外面时可以用wifi得!
如果是家里Streamyx不能用的话，你可以打去100号开report得~~  |

你妹妹的老师没有讲清楚咩？我本来也是可以拿那个netbook，后来老师讲一定要签streamyx，就算家里已经签了还是要再签，所以我快快跟老师讲我不要了，老师还讲有些网站上不到的，好像youtube |

之前那个配套是申请 Streamyx 送 Netbook
没有讲申请什么配套就不能上某些网的哦，你申请 Streamyx 就跟大家的一样 |
